Update to our club's 2022 win record at the conclusion of all seasons.

An impressive 80%, two premierships and all teams making finals:

AFL Men's = 16/22 Semi Finalist

AFL Women's = 10/12 Grand Finalist; 12/13 Premiers

VFL Men's = 19/20 Premiers

VFL Women's = 12/17 Prelim Finalist

Our record over the last five years:

2018 = 61% (67 games)

2019 = 39% (61)

2020* = 58% (24)

2021 = 72% (60)

2022 = 80% (86)

11 wins at Adelaide Oval. The highest of any non-SA team at the venue. West Coast 2nd with 9.

Soon to be 12 ......

:goody:

It's probably become a significant rivalry between Port and us.

The funny thing is we are not aware of it.

This one may have come to an end but it's still a record we can be proud of.

A very proud one - at a team and personal level - also tracking to come to an end: Jack Crisp due to pass Jimma's consecutive games record in Round 8. 😒

We’re 4-0 in round 1 clashes against the Dogs.

Really very minor in this realm.

If it’s Pies or Lions might be worthy.

Interested we won’t be so proud of is by 2029 ( or when Trac and Clarry and JV have retired and we only have ONE flag to our record.

Top 4 finishes might be a consolation prize but not really.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

    A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

    It's Game Day and Clarry's 200th game and for anyone who hates Carlton as much as I do this is our Grand Final. Go Dees.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

    Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
