What will you do if we win the flag this year?

Invest in crypto currency and put it all in coin jar then take out life insurance with Zurich to protect my assets.

I'll also hire Hertz to go on my next holiday.

I'm supporting anyone who stood by us.

Probably get a tattoo somewhere. I'm 34 and don't have one and never have been interested, but this seems like a better time than never.

Already locked in a tattoo pact with my old man.

Will also go on a mad bender and probably wake up at the foot of the Barrassi statue three days later.

If this year, celebrate in silence so as to not wake the kids up - (assuming it's a 7:30pm EST kick off and we'll be still in lockdown)

If next year, celebrate with 50,000 other MFC members at the home of footy and then off to the Richmond Sporting Globe where you'd think the first 100 kegs would be on them.

1. Catch a blue train from Springvale station to Richmond.

2. Buy a tin of koolmints and eat them all in one go. Look for the donut van and buy six hot jam don't.

3. Read the Footy Record all the way back to Springvale

4. Buy 20 cents chips one piece of flake and a can of RC cola.

5. Play pinball at Rocky's with Ray.

6. Get up early Sunday for a copy of The Sunday Observer.

7. Watch highlights of the game on WOS.

Most likely start a thread about who we should be looking to trade

Wish there was a place supporters can get together and see the cup and team be presented and party on in the city.

Buy that’s not looking likely for a while.

Im sure it will happen once restrictions lift.

So until then I’ll just have a few quiet ones at home

I'll be taking Monday to Wednesday of work... Will be on a bender from Saturday night through to the early hours of Tuesday morning watching the replay multiple times and then recover for the next 2 days.

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
