Richmond clearly have absolutely no issue going to Waverly - why do we?

Given the Punt Road redevelopment I don't imagine that Richmond has any other viable options, whereas we do.

Richmond we’re going to use AAMI park & goschs as Melbourne were to move on form there…they’re now potentially jumping over

what are our viable options? Staying where we are for the next 7-10 years & that’s IF caufield goes ahead….

Good news. We need to hunker down at Gotch's until Caulfield is approved.

That could be years away & then even further to build it…

Waverly as a jump stop where everyone is in the one location is an absolute no brainer…we haven’t been under the one roof for DECADES - caufield is by no means a done deal

The plan was giving up Gosch for Waverly, if Caulfield was locked in

There is the answer, we don't have the keys to Caulfield, just yet.

Why any of us would think that Gosch's + Casey is better than Waverly + Casey, I don't know.... If Caulfield was announced tomorrow it would be years away, and by the time it's done this new reset era will be over.

Got to Waverly. Make it work as best we can. Move to Caulfield if and when it emerges in reality, not dreams or ideas or negotiations...

We can only take the opportunities that we are presented with.

Live in the present. Suck up the hurt. Win some games of footy...

But why Redleg? It just seems obtuse to link the two when it seems they would have no bearing on one another?

318 pages.

I’m not sure other clubs footy fans have to endure such drama as “where is our home base ever going to be “. Our players are like children of a divorced couple, sharing time between mum and dad’s house (Goschs/AAMI. & Casey far out east Fields).

Really? Our admin needs to do something and get it sorted out with a plan. I really hope Caulfield comes to fruition, as it will be a key for our future.

If they botch up not moving to Waverley in hope Caulfield will go ahead, it will just be another chapter and wasted decade of not being under 1 roof and the homelessness of our club, understandably we are not privy to all the commercials but ffs we just go around in circles! Good luck attracting ready made talented players as we will be losing lots of experience players in the next 12-24 mths who will be retiring, Miecheck said it takes him over 60 mins to travel to Casey

Report from the Devil's Advocates event last night (Smith, Guerra and King in attaendance) - Formally, getting closer re Caulfield but nothing to announce yet. Informally, high level of confidence Caulfield gets done.

Was it a high level of informal at least?

They'd want to be pretty confident. Been hearing the same stuff for years.

Honestly that kind of quote sounds like something Trump might say in a presser.
