I’m off to the Doctor tomorrow morning for some of that Medicine

Believe he’s been a liability all year

Cant have a bloke in the side for excellent finger pointing who won’t chase or tackle except on the odd occasion when he feels like it

Nonsense. He was great in the two finals that we won.

LOL Melbourne player nearly takes a mark and some idiot teammate crashes into him and he drops the mark, resulting in an easy West Coast goal. Sums up our day. The worst team performance of the year.

Once again, I'm glad we served this up today and not next week. The idea of us playing this badly against the Pies is vomit-worthy.

Trac marks and passes to Tyson. Kill me.

Can someone in Perth go run Nicholls with their car at the end of the game? Kthbxby.

Viney leads the game with 11 clearances, next best is 5 for either team. God this kid has heart.

make him sole skipper next year, throw in an injury free year along with Lever and Hogan, we can get back here next year

He’s not alone, but Joel Smith has had a shocker today. Not sure it was a great move bringing him in for a prelim so early in his career. He still hasn’t shown he’s even afl standard, let alone ready to play finals.

Maybe that's a reflection of the level of confidence within the coaching group, and also the selectors... That they thought we need to change structure as many of us did as well...  suggests they were concerned about the opposition,  to bring in a raw kid not long back from a long-term injury.

I think in the back of my mind, I might have thought we had done enough in one year... = satisfied with 2018 ???

Not necessarily. Look at Western Dogs and Adelaide.

After Jones performance today, he has no right to complain if he's stripped of the captaincy. He went missing again, when it mattered most.

A truly poor football player. Delist.

Tyson has been atrocious today. I haven't been on his back all year like some other players but I fully understand why he frustrates some supporters. Almost every decision he's made today has resulted in a West Coast advantage.

Gee Brayshaw has been shiit

The aftermath of today will be crucial. The Club has to be tough on this. This preformance cannot be repeated.

We know what happens when it does

Just think back a year, we got beaten by Collingwood last round of the year to miss finals, with West Coast benifiting.

This year we went two games better.  I hope Collingwood win next week and then next year we go two games further.

only one who missed the game plan was the coach, moved tom back should have stayed forward

Seriously considering a trip away next weekend. To a secluded location..

  • PREVIEW: Richmond

Who would have imagined, when the season kicked off early last month, that Melbourne would emerge from the opening six weeks with wins over both Queensland powerhouses? At the time, Gold Coast and Brisbane were the competition’s early pace-setters, the flavours of the month, and the prospect of the Demons toppling both within the course of a fortnight seemed remote. Yet here they are, banking those scalps alongside home victories over two traditional Victorian rivals and building a quietly impressive resume.
