That's an excellent idea.

I didn't have the foresight to film my or the crowd's reactions around me to final goals or siren. I was in absolute disbelief. Add to that the fact that I always think we can still lose it. I'm so scarred.

It better be more cheerful than last time.

I was out on a 20k run last time I listened to the podcast and needed all the motivation I could get to finish. By midway through, I felt like running of the end of a pier or wandering up to the hills to get mauled by a pack of wild boars such was my overarching feeling of pessimism!

There's always a point in the show where we travel down a depressing path. I doubt we will traverse that path tonight.

I didn't listen. Call me a fair-weather supporter if you must, but I'll be damned if I'm going to listen to 2 blokes rabbit on about a loss that I've already seen.

Gonna listen tonight though for sure.

Fair enough. It takes a lot of effort for me to do these podcasts after soul crushing losses.

I feel for you Andy. I don't know how you do it. It has been a challenging year but I love the podcasts and listen regardless.

I actually found the sweet soothing voice of @Nasher and the other guys helped a lot after the round 23 debacle last year.

Apologies fellas but I won’t be able to chime in tonight with the Casey report.... probably a good thing given they stuffed up their 12 game winning streak hahah

Very much looking forward to listening to this on the way to work tomorrow.

Loved how up-beat everybody was.  Thanks everyone!

Think it's fair to say DMMA had us all in stitches!

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • AFLW REPORT: Geelong

Melbourne wrapped up the AFLW home and away season with a hard-fought 14-point win over Geelong at Kardinia Park. The result secured second place on the ladder with a 9–3 record and a home qualifying final against the Brisbane Lions next week.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Geelong

It’s been a season of grit, growth, and glimpses of brilliance—mixed with a few tough interstate lessons. Now, with finals looming, the Dees head to Kardinia Park for one last tune-up before the real stuff begins.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
