Thought Hogan's game was good but not at that level.

Brayshaw and Oliver far more dominant.

I'm comfortable with Hogan being selected given that a number of the big name forwards had quiet weeks - 22 disposals, 10 marks and 4 goals is a huge game for a key forward, notwithstanding the quality of opposition.

The omission of Oliver is laughable.

Hogan is is fair enough. I know there were some good games from mids but Clarry had to be in surely.

I didn't actually realise that they included Josh Jenkins. Guy plays one semi decent game and they go gaga about him. Technically should have lost the game for them by hitting the post. I guess being honest after the fact squeezes you in on the bench.

Salem has just been going about his business quietly but his distribution from the back line, especially with Hibberd missing, has been critical to us. Defensively maybe needs to improve but offensively he’s been fantastic. 

Hogan stepped up in Melkshams absence as both a distributor and finisher.
