None of Pav., Murph, or Rooy deserve a Flag more than our skip.  None of them have played through a seemingly interminable period of hell the way Jonesy has.  Besides, Jonesy wears red and blue, and when it's all boiled down, that's all that really counts for me!

From the past ......robbie (with my melbourne rose glasses on)

Sure there are plenty more

But I did like the look of it in his hands

Canadians are the ones that are strange by definition.

Don't confuse us with Americans who, as a group, were silly enough to elect George W. twice and appear stupid enough to make Trump the Republican nominee.

the Americans luv a good gun fight.  addiction number 1

& they luv an enemy to shoot at.

Maggie Trudeau didn't start hanging out with Jagger and the Stones until after Justin was born.

Yep. Riewoldt had half a decade of being up there with a shot at it.

Jones hasn't had any chances yet, and if we get within striking distance again, his determination will be a key factor.

He deserves it now. He'll really, really deserve it by then.

It seems so real. Just looks like he is having a reflective moment with it after a long, hard season

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
