The very definition of strange for Demonland :)

I love you too pickett.

And to tell you what. To stop all the bickering and hatred i am willing to seriously put it out there that we all meet up to watch the footy and have a few beers afterwards. At the end of the day we all support the same team. Il put my hand up and say i have given out a few wacks but i dont mean it to be personal at all. Passion and frustration get the better of me.

Ps.. this is all drunk talk..

Dazzle you're sounding like BBO now!

Sheeit, imagine having a demonland meet and greet, but having name tags for each , But when entering you don't pick your own tag , but rather, another posters name/ Avatar! Now .... that would be an interesting exercise, experience?! Eh!?

Not beyond the realms of possibility picket but surely dangerous.

Almost irresistable, I would have thought!!??

Would be one of the great laughs. Pre match surely. And probably mid winter - a means to get us through another ripper of a season.

You're mad, seriously. I have no intention of giving you an even break, you pathetic little man.

From the moment you started posting, anybody who disagreed with you was subject to abuse. Yes, you were the one abusing others and on a regular basis. I.e. loser, hero, [censored]. It was a heady mixture of paranoia, shite writing and trying to locate other posters to abuse.

You sent me private messages which were meant to be threatening but were the work of a simpleton and truly bizarre. This 'cowards standing over you' horseshite makes me want to vomit as does the 'wouldn't say it to your face' crap you go on with. And I have no doubt whatsoever that you would be as weak as pi55.

What's really odd is that now you mix rambling, vitriolic murmurings with regular comments. If you're on medication, I suggest it's either too much or not enough.

So leave your witless, ' poor me,I'm a victim' garble to your psych, whom I can only assume is on a healthy retainer.

Go Dees.

Whack!

ohhhhhh, poor thing. :) Its normal here. There really are a few groups on here who follow each other., but dont let it get to you. They obviously know each other.

Consider your post replied to.

Regards, faulty

Actually met several posters from Demonology at a pre season game against the Bulldogs, at Casey several years back.

A couple of them had confident smirks on their faces the whole time, but by and large, it was a lot of fun, and they were good blokes. No girls though, which was probably a good thing, because of the language

Sat next to a poster called Tilly, who was an absolute cracker of a bloke, but one of those types that takes no backward steps, and constantly fed it to the bullies supporters. I could easily imagine him getting us in a blue at the G' against the filth or scum. Great day.

I would like to see a game, and hit the turps, with Jaded, and whatshername, the other crazy sheila on here. She hasnt posted for a while..........I reckon they would rustle up a fight or too also.

I think many people forget that this is an internet forum. Easy to be act like someone else, when there is 1000km of fibre optic between you and the person you are talking to.

fence, dazzle and now faulty getting maudlin

this is too much for me, i'm off to bed

when i wake up tomorrow i fully expect everyone to back tearing at each other's throats.....as it should be

amen

Red Horse next year Faulty....

I did invite Biffen out for a beer in Williamstown at the Bristol Hotel once but BBO warned me that it may have been a perilous exercise. Does anyone in Willy know if it's been turned into apartments yet?

I too would like to invite Daisy out for beer in Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. I'm sure he would feel right at home, surrounded by his kind of people.

Believe it or not, I also saw Saty at the G, albeit he was sitting at least ten rows back from me. Sadly, I was with friends and we had just lost to the Bombers of all f***ing teams so my tolerance was low as it was.

  • WHAT’S NEXT? by The Oracle

What’s next for a beleagured Melbourne Football Club down in form and confidence, facing  intense criticism and disapproval over some underwhelming recent performances and in the midst of a four game losing streak? Why, it’s Adelaide which boasts the best percentage in the AFL and has won six of its last seven games. The Crows are hot and not only that, the game is at the Adelaide Oval; yet another away fixture and the third in a row at a venue outside of Victoria. One of the problems the Demons have these days is that they rarely have the luxury of true home ground advantage, something they have enjoyed just once since mid April.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

From the start, Melbourne’s performance against the Gold Coast Suns at Peoples First Stadium was nothing short of a massive botch up and it came down in the first instance to poor preparation. Rather than adequately preparing the team for battle against an opponent potentially on the skids after suffering three consecutive losses, the Demons looking anything but sharp and ready to play in the opening minutes of the game. By way of contrast, the Suns demonstrated a clear sense of purpose and will to win. From the very first bounce of the ball they were back to where they left off earlier in the season in Round Three when the teams met at the MCG. They ran rings around the Demons and finished the game off with a dominant six goal final term. This time, they produced another dominant quarter to start the game, restricting Melbourne to a solitary point to lead by six goals at the first break, by which time, the game was all but over.

  • CASEY: Gold Coast

Coming off four consecutive victories and with a team filled with 17 AFL listed players, the Casey Demons took to their early morning encounter with the lowly Gold Coast Suns at People First Stadium with the swagger of a team that thought a win was inevitable. They were smashing it for the first twenty minutes of the game after Tom Fullarton booted the first two goals but they then descended into an abyss of frustrating poor form and lackadaisical effort that saw the swagger and the early arrogance disappear by quarter time when their lead was overtaken by a more intense and committed opponent. The Suns continued to apply the pressure in the second quarter and got out to a three goal lead in mid term before the Demons fought back. A late goal to the home side before the half time bell saw them ten points up at the break and another surge in the third quarter saw them comfortably up with a 23 point lead at the final break.

  • POSTGAME: Rd 16 vs Gold Coast

The Demons did not come to play from the opening bounce and let the Gold Coast kick the first 5 goals of the match. They then outscored the Suns for the next 3 quarters but it was too little too late and their season is now effectively over.
