RIGHTO 6 THEN OVER TO YOU SMARTY!! AND I DID GET IT RIGHT !!

Why the shouting?

Bail: Very bloody putrid

M Jones: Putrid enough today

Fitzpatrick : Back to Casey

Watts: Putrid bloody footballer

Howe: Dropped next week

Toumpas : Waste of Pick!

We lost this at Selection.

Riley, Newton should both have played ( I told you all so)

OUTS: Those 5 next week

INNS: Riley, Newton, Dawes, Tyson( if fit) Neal Bullen, Jamar or Gawn

The trouble PF is that some on here hang on no matter what

Demonland: Here come finals! (after any win)

Demonland: Commence wrist slashing (after any loss)

Demonland: No in between

Demonland: Get some perspective

Intersting post JTR you happy with the performance I suppose

LOL!!! The blind supporting the blind.

Sambo knows his football. LOL!!! Needed this laugh. I knew PrickFence and his mates would provide it.

It's not the selections it's the attitude and the lack of trying that just kills us, especially after last week.

Sambo doesnt know his football or he pretends to the second supporter of patheticperformances join the weak Pr*%ks

The worst thing is that THEY JUST GIVE UP.

The problem is that when this side is challenged most of them just go into their shells! Where are the leaders in this team showing the way???

No I'm not, far from it.

Post was directed to the ridiculous highs and the ridiculous lows some people, often the same people, manage to get themselves to week by week.

Whenever we win the tyres are pumped up to almost bursting point.

Whenever we lose everyone runs off to find the nearest cliff.

Surely there needs to be some middle ground were everyone can stay calm and look at things rationally, win or loss.

Port Adelaide - Back in town

Melbourne FC- Big selection decisions

Because its guaranteed the team wouldve performed better with those players.

The usual culprits were in action again on Saturday.

They must go before real improvement can be expected.

The crap this sides serves up with monotonous regularity and with new humiliations served up every other week is not a recipe for rational behaviour. It's an environmental thing for us at the moment. Perhaps once we reach the middle ground of acceptable performance if itt ever happens we may collectively think differently.

Too many passengers 'old dee', but at least we get a glimpse of the future with Hogan and Brayshaw. A few 'A'Graders on the way but will need much better players across the board to support.

That covers it rjay

We simply don't have enough quality players to threaten any team above about 10 - 11th.

We all know who the NGE's are they have been producing results like Saturday for four years.

At the start of the year I thought 2016 might be the year we could challenge teams above the bottom six.

Not so sure any more.

A few players I had hoped would show a lot more this year are not showing it or want to be elsewhere. 2017 might now be a more realistic target.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

One of the big stories of the AFL off-season was the spending spree of Melbourne’s Round 1 opponent, St Kilda. They splashed out heavily, first to retain Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera - the hero of last year’s epic come-from-behind miracle victory -turning him into a $2 million man. They then effectively took out an expensive overdraft to recruit a string of expensive players from other clubs. It was a risky investment strategy and, although it’s still early days, it certainly failed to pay off in Sunday’s season opener, with much of the glitter turning to fool’s gold.
