Howe wrestling with Miller. Oh what is that, maybe they are teaching him how to use his body in marking contests which is a huge weakness of his. Surely not actual proper skills of the game training.

It was a drill they were doing that ended with a kick into the goal square and the players were each having a 1 on 1 with Miller to protect the drop zone of the ball.

It is a skill some players need working on, especially Howe who we all know prefers to go over the top. Because anytime he is in a one on one contest with no run up, he gets out marked.

Really impressed with Georgiou's physique. Puts some of our more senior players to shame. He obviously loves the weight room.

James Harmes comes from the same junior club as my nephews. They are close friends with his brother. They are loving the fact James is with the Demons. He's making me feel old, I played local footy against his Dad.

It may be just me but ,at last some muscle definition right through the squad

Even the coaches and some of the young kids seem better defined than previous years

maybe the exercise regime of the last two seasons is beginning to bear fruit.

Great pics, thanks so much for the effort. Salem looks pretty lite framed. Going to need some physical development. Funny because all the descriptions of him are as a hard, strong, midfielder. Whereas Harmes is supposed to be 76kgs but looks bigger than Salem in the pic's. Judging by pic's LKH doesnt look as skinny as I expected. He looks like he is big enough to play already and from all accounts he looks like he might.
