Should we steal Scotland?

Agree about Thomas.

And Scotland was up on assault charges last year wasn't he?

Correct me if I have that wrong.

We are not amused.

try 33 ! - (yes, i know 33 can be loosely called 30+)

33 can precisely be called 30+.

33 can precisely be called 30+.

as anticipated, someone had to be anal

i don't share your definition or example of "precision"

I just thought if we are gonna go for a mature age recruit maybe get a year out of him.

So woupd this mean he has to nominate for all drafts with the expectation Carlton will select him in the rookie draft? If so I'd have a little giggle if GWS picked him up just to slap Carlton in the face.

Would surely still be in the blues best 22 but will finish next season

33 can be accurately referred to as 30+, but not precisely.

Health Scotland can be accurately referred to as 'no, no, that would be a bad idea', and can be precisely referred to as 'too old for out list planning, not a leader, not likely to assist development of young players, not worth the trouble of causing irritation and conflict with other cllubs, and overall not likely to offer value beyond the random kid we would collect instead'.

Not such a bad idea.

Could be useful putting out any spot fires that may arise

RGRS had his tongue in his cheek with the above.

From wikipedia:

During January 2012, Scotland was involved in a brawl at the Mulwala Ski Club near Yarrawonga, which left one man unconscious. In April 2012, he was formally charged with common assault, assault occasioning actual bodily harm and violent disorder relating to the incident.[12] At the court hearing in October 2012, he pleaded guilty to assault, and was placed on a two-year good behaviour bond without a conviction.

No thanks from me.

Well he would have no qualms about giving Scully a back hander; or sorting Robinson out for that matter.

Would have been handy as a body guard for Morton.

Haha, a really left field move this one! I really rate Scotland as a player but the guy is 33ish and his best footy is behind him. Not sure how much we'd get out of him if we picked him up.

This is the same bloke who managed to have a conviction not recorded for beating another man senseless because he claimed it would destroy his dream of becoming a firefighter later in life... Clearly violates the no DH rule.

Not to mention he's 437 years old.
