Great neat file there for us to refer to, cheers WJ!

I certainly hope we dont draft Membrey, for the sole reason of not wanting to cheer on someone

with such fugly bogan tattoos!

Great to see Viney has top notch agility and speed from those stats.

Watch for Jesse Lonergan, and Thurlow from Tasmania, both from Launceston. Have been playing against big bodies for a while, can see Lonergan really going well, hopefully Hawthorn draft one of these two boys.

Tim Broomhead would be alright.

We need someone with a ridiculous name to sweep up across half back.

I will be at the draft and will personally be rooting for Ollie Wines for the Demons.

I hope Collingwood draft him....would fit in well.

Sweeping statement.

It's Broomhead not Bonghead!

A Broomhead won a VC during the Zulu wars......Good breeding....

Broomhead will take a while to get a handle on it .

At 74 Kgs we can pick him up when he starts shaving in 2016.

An ideal pickup given the sweeping changes Neeld has introduced.

I can hear the chant now: "Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim!"

Tim is only a ridiculous name when grown men call themselves or accept being called 'Timmy'.

Plus he did a gallant job in the 3 k time trial for first go and furthermore has had a solid prep over the last year.

How bad are they?! It looks like something you'd find in a 6 year old's colouring book.

As long as he can play, it doesn't matter.

Who would you prefer, Tim Broomhead or Membrey with tatts?

I wouldn't call playing a couple of games and sipping through a straw for several weeks and being in agonising pain for a few weeks thanks to frigging Wojcinski, a solid prep !

But being around the club, playing a couple of games in the Championships and getting to train with his future teammates would put him in good stead.

Yeah - we haven't had anyone appropriate to sweep up since Clint Bissell (or was that Bizzell)

Well, someone has to replace #10!

Like the Brownlow boy's daddy?

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
