Danyle Pearce

We are lacking pace and spread.

Also could play as foward pocket.

I say go after him!

Quite a few of the rising star winners have/are turning out to not fully live up to their promise. Pearce, Kosi, Rich, Palmer and (to some) Jared Rivers.

Pass.

Cannot accept players with mis-spelt first names like this .

Ohh i get it Danyle or over Daniel got it haha

Yes. If he aint going to cost too much and wants a fresh start.

lost flavour in the translation.

I think we should entertain the idea of any free agents as they won't cost us anything and could improve our crap list.

Pearce isn't going to be the worlds hardest player but he adds speed and skill something we definetly need.

I would say yes if at the right price. (Also clinton young could be a possibility)

No, underachiever. Neeext.

??????

"please explain?"

especially since plenty of white folks have been doing it for some time (one more appropriation).

Pearce is exactly the sort of player we should be targeting. Any midfielder that can run and kick would be a welcome addition. Will play next year as a 27 year old but would certainly add some pace and class for 2 seaons.

If he arrives are we looking at a replica of Aaron Davey? Drops his head and can't handle a tag? No thanks, in theory yes, in reality, no.

I thought we'd already done Danyle Pearce.

Anyway, no. The one thing we are not short of is soft outside runners who cannot break a tag.

lost flavour in the translation.

Pretty off-colour remark I must admit .please dont tell misfed .

Yes for me. Classy midfielder who kicks goals. BUT only if we get him 1. in exchange for a Jamie Bennell or 2. with PSD#3

Haha, thats a funny joke mate

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
