Having said previously I doubted there would be time for questions at BTB, I have to admit I could not have been more wrong.

For those not there, I rolled up at 12.30 and Cameron was holding an informal Q and A with the gathering crowd, fielding questions about Col, revealing he had been replaced in the side, and questions about player welfare and guys like Jurrah, Wonna - anyone at all people wanted to know about.

The formal part consisted of a video of the forwards being briefed on tactics V the crows - who they needed to keep deep, who they wanted to move up the ground etc - followed by some more Cam S and then a personal update briefing from Josh Mahoney - who took more questions!!

Terrific stuff - those who attended that I spoke to thought it was real value.

Fascinating stuff. Really loved hearing all of the various things the players were instructed to focus on and then watching them put them into action, or not as was the case in the 2nd quarter.

Yet another great initiative.

I was there too, really enjoyed it and Cameron was in fine form as usual. Josh Mahoney did very well getting across the tactics and such, great initiative by the club, can't wait for the next one.

Perhaps next year they make it available for single games.

Cam Schwab was also in the Harrison Room at the after match.

Spoke very well-This Club is moving upwards i have no doubt.

The crowds will return to the MCG we have some gun kids, and the club will not deviate from their Blue Print.

As i said a couple of weeks ago. Cameron spoke before the season started and stated that the MFC are intending to win 150 home & away games in the next decade. He was Serious.

Today just might be the beginning-The 2nd Half Turn around today was a new look Melbourne-They refused to lie down.

I thought the best part about it was that at least 70-80 people were in attendance, if not more, which at $200 a head translates to anywhere between $14,000 - $20,000 for the club for a function that costs them the best part of nothing.

Really interesting insights. Josh Mahoney seems really switched on and Cam was in fine form, as per usual.

Looking forward to the next one against the Lions!

Any that have been foolish enough to criticize Mahoney as a coach should take notice - the club rates his coaching ability highly and he was very impressive.
