Game Day: Adelaide v Melbourne

Featured Replies

Adelaide commentators continuing the stereotype that they're all morons...

"How many times have the dees made finals since 2000?"

"Uuummm. I'll take a stab. Once."

"Nope. five times."

Idiot.

Give it a rest, it is a shoulder he hasn't lost a leg... He'll be back halfway through the year if it is a dislocation, not the end of the world.

yeah tell sean rusling that

Lol so what if 1st round draft picks are playing.

Have a look at our trading over the past 4 years. Freaking idiot

Massive facepalm for these guys.

Maric marks in front!

I can hear the rain!

Goal to Maric.

"You'd expect Adelaide to beat them quite easily."

Who wants to trek to Adelaide and take these moronic hacks out?

Bail .. GOOD .. Maric Goal

Melbourne 5.0.30 Adelaide 3.3.21

We are all over them woo

But Scully and Trengove through the middle have snatched the lead, apparently playing smooth skilled football.

Thats the glimpse weve been waiting for!

Now we can lose.. unsure.gif

Wait.. Maric goal 1st..

Edited by DemonDan...

We always do thing of them as cellar dwellers. You'd expect Adeliade to win quite easily. Far Canal.

These guys are horrendous.

Question they asked: How many time have Melb played finals since and including 2000?

Answer: Once?

No 5 times (with exasperated sighs) we always think of them as cellar dwellers...

Is Sylvia playing today? Havent heard his name mentioned.

Dont think he was named in the side. Rested.

yeah tell sean rusling that

I'd suggest the stats would say he is in the minority of players who struggle to come back from those injuries in todays game but you jump onto that website and see if they can cheer you up tiger..

FOUR FEET OFF THE GROUND IN THE SKY AND CAUGHT IT 2 INCHES OFF THE GROUND. TIPPET OR WALKER AHHHH BY BONER IS TOO BIG TO COMMENTATE

Trengove is all over it.

5 goals straight... polar opposite to last week. Makes a massive difference doesn't it.

Dont think he was named in the side. Rested.

No worries, Thanks I must have missed that.

Bushy.

These commentators orgasm all over each other whenever the ball goes inside Adelaide's 50.

If I wasn't crying over the injuries, I would be laughing my head off as these tools ride every Crow kick.

Please no more injuries for us.

Is Trengove actually playing this well, or is it just because he is South Australian that they assume he is our best player?

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
