no it wasn't 100% fully recovered. he played because half our list had injuries that actually prevented them with walking, look at luke ball- he's played with it before- as with moloney. However, end of 2007 he fixed it up, sometimes it just gets right, others it takes forver, but moloney is away from his OP days.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Moloney is out of contract this year. No sign of a renewal yet. ;)

so either someone is playing games with us OR someone went and spoke to a random stranger who he thought was prismal and had his pants pulled down on the internet...

I am not suggesting that i know prismall is coming to melbourne. I can confirm that i have reliable sources who tell me that he wants to change clubs. I know 2 people who know him pretty well.

I hope we get him.

I find it funny how people are perfectly understanding about Prismall telling his plans to a complete stranger, yet if it was a young Demon kid doing the same thing there would be an outrage.

Yeah, your right, lets bring the gestapo to silence these free talking individuals who think they have a right to talk of their affairs. :o

The comparison to Moloney makes me shudder. Moloney's been an injury riddled mess since he came to MFC and hasn't had one tenth of the impact expected of him and his lack of run almost renders him completely useless in the modern game. Yes he was a good player when he was fit, that doesnt make the return any better though.

Im all for getting Prismall if its cheap, Im trying to block all comparisons to Moloney out of my head though, the Moloney trades been a disaster.

"The impact expected of him" give the guy a break! I don't know what expectations you heaped upon the young bloke but surely you must of known we weren't

getting chris judd when we got him. All I knew of him at the time is that he was a hard at it midfield type who could kick the cover off a ball and was rated highly

at the cats. Cant say that discription differs too much from what we have got from him at melbourne, despite the fact he has been crippled with injury. When he

went down this year he was one of the few blokes bleeding for the jumper week in week out an attribute in short supply at MFC. Pretty sure he also

fits into the select group of actually growing up barracking for the dee's, which shows me his heart is in the right place. Tough, kicks a mile and doesn't

mind a bit of poke with the opposition gives him a tick in my book. Give the guy a chance to give you a "return" on the the investment.

Oh and yes for the right price I would take prismal. We aren't challenging any time soon so we can afford to give the kid time to get up and running again.

Geelong got him in the PSD, we got a first round pick (12?) for Scott Thompson and then ontraded that to Geelong for Moloney, who ontraded that and their first round pick for Ottens.

Adelaide and Geelong did well.............. <_<

Richmond and the Dees got shafted.

haha well done deestroyers- still a lot of water to go under the bridge!- let's hope by friday 2pm he's a demon

green for prismall i'd take, but cats probably want a draft pick- although- they are going for the flag next year and green could be handy inclusion.

May I remind you all who told you that this was going to happen.

Apologies MAY be accepted once presented to me.

How do you like them apples, Deanox.

may ultimately happen now given something that happened at Cats, but it certainly didn't happen the way you reckon mate. I asked his mum today and he was DEFINITELY NOT at that pub when you reckon he was.

He will either end up at dees or north at this stage, but don't start crowing champ about your original post. You may get lucky but you will still talking crap about the circumstances.

How else would I know about it, mate.

Haha go ask his mum, may aswell have asked Chris Judds grandma.

What, does she hold his hand every night and tuck him into bed? The kid was out for a beer. Hes not 16, he doesnt need to tell Mumsie what he does every night.

    TROUBLE by The Oracle

Situated roughly in Australia's geographic centre, Alice Springs has for many years been a troubled town suffering from intermittent crime waves, particularly among its younger residents. There was a time a little while ago when things were so bad that some even doubted the annual AFL game in the town would proceed.  Now, the hope is that this Sunday’s Melbourne vs Fremantle encounter will bring joy to the residents of the town and that through the sport and the example of the participants,

    GALLANT by KC from Casey

The world “gallant” is not one that is readily acceptable to losing teams in our game of football so when it was used in the context of the Casey Demons’ loss to Sandringham in yesterday’s match at Casey Fields, it left a bitter taste in the mouth.  The Demons went into the game against the St Kilda affiliated Zebras with the advantage of playing on their home turf (not that this has been a major asset in 2024) and with very little else going in their favour. The Saints have close to a full

    MEANWHILE by Whispering Jack

… meanwhile, at about the same time that Narrm was putting its feet on the accelerator to obliterate the long-suffering Euro-Yroke combination, I heard someone mention in passing that Kuwarna was leading Waalitj Marawar by a whopping 46 to 1 halfway through the second quarter of their game over in Adelaide. “What is football coming to?” I asked myself.  In front of my eyes, the Demons were smashing it through the midfield, forcing turnovers and getting the footy to their forwards who w
