It's all to do with the coach, some players respond better to some coaches and not others, I was certainly one of those players. Malthouse would be avert hard man to play under, I really hope he can flourish under Roo's, we need goal kickers so badly.

I'm waiting for my boy Viney to explode in 2015, he looks like a ball of muscle ready to rip at it. Its all about the younger guys going another level with HL, Gartlett, Newton stepping in and taking a lot of pressure of those guys.

I can't see Roo's throwing the boys into the fire round 1, he wants them to develope and prove themselves amount men, round 3/4 if they are racking up possessions he'll add them in then.Big preseason for Toumpas, really needs to come on in leaps and bounds for himself and the team

I agree with you on the injuries front, but this is what comment that irks me. In no way was Neeld crippled by the playing group. Neeld failed to implement a game plan that suited the current list, Dont get me wrong i understand that the playing list was Shite but we did win 8.5 games or something like that the season before. Being in queensland it was fascinating seeing Rocket on the news the other night saying, he is seeing what the group can do first before he implements his plans. You can only use what you have on the list. Neeld was a shite coach who failed to have a plan B,

He's had a fair few shocking games over the past few seasons, the Bulldogs game jumps to mind. It's better for both parties that chip left. It was frustrating watching him jog around this year.
