Do we think clubs do? I think in some aspects they would but in others I have no doubt they’d be looking ahead, would be foolish not too.

Yes and no, last weeks game Cats v Dogs would’ve taken a lot out of both sides. I think Eagles will roll the Dogs. Cats recently rolled Port away.

Our run home : Bombers MCG Giants MCG PORT AO Hawks MCG Suns MS Dogs MCG Eagles OS Crows MCG Cats GMHBA 4 tough games against top 8 sides still to come, I forgot we played the dogs again. In short I would love a guaranteed top 2 spot locked away before rd 23.

1 : Lions win ✅ 2 : Dees win 3 : Eagles win = Dees 2 games clear on top.

Hoping for Ben Brown to come into the fold.

The frustration is understandable, the losses to Adelaide and Collingwood were both avoidable. But realistically if we haven’t improved we don’t beat the Dogs or Lions and don’t find ourselves 11 & 2 at the bye. Im tipping Lions to beat the Cats and the Eagles to beat Dogs, if that happens and we roll the Bombers we will have our two game lead back against second and third. This is critical as we have away games against Port, Eagles and Geelong in the run home.

I don’t rate the Bombers as much as some on here do, the key to this game is our mindset. Even our wins against Freo, Giants, Hawks, North and Carlton were made to be much harder than they should of been. Bring in Ben Brown and bring our mindset from the opening bounce of the dogs game and the 2ns half against the lions and we’ll romp it in. Sick of watching these scraps against weaker sides.

Some crucial games next week. Lions at home to Geelong Eagles at home to the Dogs Should be regulation wins for Tigers over Saints and Port over Sydney. Have to tip Lions and Eagles at home, that would be massive for us.

Head up, no but I think clubs would consider him as a second tall. Every year talk forwards and ruckman get on the merry go round. I think we’ll offer him a contract for 2 years on low dollars. Another club will easily beat what we’re offering.

Seems to be some confusion about being dropped and putting a line through his name all together. It could down to another club offers him more than we’re prepared to pay. There’s not enough talent currently for the 18 clubs as it stands. If Brown comes in next week and doesn’t get injured for the remainder of the season I’ll don’t think we’ll see Weid again. Too much money to be made elsewhere and that’s what it will come down to for him IMO.

And yet some still call for 20 teams and or conferences….
