  1. "oh, is it okay then if I wear my old Hawthorn gear so no-one will notice?"
  2. Are we putting Pick 63 on the table?
  3. Never heard of him (not joking).
  4. NO, YOU CAN'T HAVE HIM. However, if you're looking for a Head Coach...
  5. Well they already know that @Bay Riffin, the MFC are renowned for elite kicking skills.
  6. Yes, good endurance runner. Cops a whack here because he fumbles too often and disposal can be a bit iffy. That being said he seemed to be improving as the season wore on. Could be a useful addition to a side like the Crows who are rebuilding and will need some seasoned players to support / take the load off the youngsters.
  7. @Dannyz could you please remember to put the hyphen in...it's grammatically correct and VERY MFC.
  8. Quite refreshing to hear a commentator not talking about himself.
  9. Yes, it would seem a very strange comment for him to make if Harley was not, at that point in time, part the plan going forward.
  10. Great post @robbiefrom13. Whilst I'm disappointed that he transgressed, let's wait for all the facts to come out before making judgements.
  11. Very strange non-selection. They're on par with our match committee.
  12. Hard to fathom the logic of North ousting Brown and bringing in T.Mac.
  13. It does seem a bit far-fetched.
  14. Until @Ethan Tremblay confirms it I shall treat this rumour as fugazi.
  15. IF its true that Hogan is gettable, and IF the club - who would have plenty of insights into the off-field issues - think he can apply himself to being fully professional, THEN he would go a long way to solving our tall forward stock issues.
  16. Calling all you AFL Stats gurus out there...does this count as 'a pressure act' ?
  17. ARE YOU FAIR DINKUM? I mean I know that generally the answer is no...but in this case?
  18. The first round pick we gave them to get Pickett? (insert tongue-in-cheek emoticon)
  19. Would be very surprised if McCartin plays ANY form of football again, let alone AFL (concussion issues). Can't see Carlton letting go of McKay or Curnow, no idea re Casboult.
  20. Hit the nail on the head there. Does need to become more accurate with his set shots though.
  21. Fair question; generally Spargo reads the play well, makes good decisions, has clean hands, and doesn't waste his disposals. No one BIG skill, just a culmination of things that leads to scoring involvements.
  22. Nice work @DeePressed. Re Pessimism Point 4, from my perspective: Weideman's improvement was tracking quite well until the last 3-4 weeks. Spargo improved and if we start playing with system then his inherent footy IQ will become more apparent.
  23. Isn't it more like 5,999,956 out of 6,000,000 Victorians can follow the rules. Caveat - this figure does not include umpires!
  24. Simon Goodwin says hold my beer.
