  1. See you all there!
  2. But, at the same time, extremely happy that we retained both picks one and two last year! Hopefully another two superstars added to our improving midfield!
  3. You certainly went mad with the camera! Lucky that you don't need to pay for film or developing these days ( or wait for developing)! Thanks for posting.
  4. What about the second verse?
  5. I just want to hear the second verse played by the AFL after our wins (plus I would like that to be every week)!
  6. Can you post a link Saty? I am a Luddite with regards to Twitter and/or Demonpk.p.s. I am following all reports with interest from SE Asia.
  7. Playing an outside running role, Matt Jones also looked ok in this footage, but you have to agree with BBP: How lucky are we to have Dom Tyson?
  8. I still remember Wright, Jacovitch and Jacko. Makes me think that we have had some of the most entertaining forwards in the AFL (even aside from the highly talented trio of Lyon, Neitz and Schwartz)!
  9. As Gawn is one of the tallest ruck men in the AFL, let us hope that we can develop this height superiority as Freo have done with Sandilands. If we can, then he has more upside as a genuine weapon, both as a ruck and when resting in the forward line. He is 12 centimetres taller than Hogan and our other key forwards , so surely that will present match-up difficulties for opposition Clubs. I see Spencer as depth and the key to Casey taking out the Premiership this year.
  10. Not sure whether my wardrobe extends to an outfit equally appropriate for both the Royal and the Long Room on Match Day?
  11. At least it is against the peak on the Monash Carpark!
  12. Then it must be wide open to all Demonlanders who are the most ardent fans on this planet!
  13. Never having ventured to Casey, how do they 'close' the training sessions there?
  14. I am not worried about the cherries. I have been busy on Google trying to source this model of "picker"!
  15. Like all Demonlanders, I lament the cards dealt to us last year when we all had high hopes for a forward like of Hogan, Clark and Dawes (plus Watts, Howe and JKH/Kent)! The only consolation bing that this year we line up again with Garlett substituted for Clark (and some handing additions to our midfield)!
  16. Topless waitresses at the Bentleigh Club and Leigh Oak!
  17. With Garlett and Petracca making up the final two (interchanged with Kent/JKH)!
  18. And a graduate from the same school as Watts and Dawes, who will be sharing the forward line!
  19. How are both Toumpas and Salem going in your view? You have mentioned Salem occasionally but it is while since news has filtered out on Toumpas.
  20. Thanks for the reports RB! Currently I am holidaying in Asia and your reports are the highlight of my trip.
  21. It looks OK IMO! T. McDonald, Dunn, Jetta & HL would have to be locks and I suspect tw of Howe, Grimes, Frost & Garland will round it off. Pederson is also likely for depth along with Terlich, both of whom seem to be training well and O. McDonald is part of our future down there as well. I have high hopes for our forwards, backs and mids this year and am quietly confident that they will see us in the top eight come mid-season! p.s. Don't be surprised to see Toumpas tried on the HBF at some stage during the season.
  22. I tend to agree with you MD, especially when we have either Kent, Watts, JKH or Howe to insert as the sixth forward in addition to the five core players that you named (with Roos making the call during the week)!
  23. We could be literally anywhere under the stewardship of CS and MN (except in the top 17)!
  24. Pleased to see that they have given away Aussie Rules and taken up soccer. Both codes will be enhanced!
  25. Interesting your pessimism in relation to Hawthorn. IMO by virtue of their addition of Frawley as a free agent into their backline, they have not improved it to the extent that we have with Frost, O. McDonald and HL ( joining T. McDonald, Dunn, Jetta, Garland and Grimes, etc )! History will prove that losing our AA backman, was the genesis for our creation of one of the strongest backlines in the AFL. Don't worry, Hawthorn's backline will generate no fear in Hogan and Co, as similarly our backline will give their forwards very few opportunities.
