He's certainly taken the angry pills the last few weeks!

He's extremely entertaining, i'll give him that! Can't stand the guy. The only time i can stand him is when he's playing against any team except Melbourne, in which case, i love him.

After the wonderful initiative of handing out all the MelbourneFC flags to supporters over the past few weeks, i was amazed at how few i saw waving at the Dome yesterday, particularly considering the beautiful sight at the G on Queens Birthday with all the 'walk to the G' flags. It was a horrible feeling watching the hundreds of flags the toiges fans were waving, compared to the measly supply of red and blue ones. Maybe I missed quite a few (i was sitting on level 3 slightly to the left of the cheer squad) however it did look quite bare on the wings and the rest of level 3. Perhaps we can issue some small/midsized flags instead of pens for members next year? Scarf and a flag? It's a much more visual way of showing your support and supporting the boys on the day that it really matters (gameday), and not only would it be much more inspiring looking at a sea of red and blue in the stands for the players, it would also make it much more exciting for the spectators (and dare i say drag a few more people to the grounds wanting to share in the atmosphere). Where did they all go? (PS mine is currently wedged in the tv cabinet to remind all and sundry that this is Demon territory).

Agree with Yze Magic - Green has done a great deal in the last few years to show that he's quite hard at it. Anybody who regularly takes marks running into a pack with the flight of the ball (or even just contesting and causing a stoppage rather than pulling out or not even contesting) gets a tick of approval in my books, Green has stepped up to show himself as a very good leader recently.

More members = better sponsorship deals = more merchandise sales = higher attendances = more cash. Better performance on-field = higher attendance = positive profile in the media = better tv scheduling = ... well... equals good. on and turf our lovely pens - much more impressed with those nice slimline pens from a few years ago.. still have that one, the plastic monstrosity broke ages ago!

He was having a great old chat with Neita on the way in... and he got a nice rousing reception from the crowd too!

I heard it was somebody's fingers, however i didn't see it myself, i heard comments from people with binoculars from 150m away.

IMHO Morton seemed a little overwhelmed today, but that will change.

I was slightly late for the walk (as public transport is horrific in my area) but i got in about 10 minutes after the walk began. It was inspiring to look at all the flags walking over the bridge from the train, and even better to arrive there 10 minutes late and still see that it was thick with Dees supporters the whole way along. Neita and Woewy were walking just in front of me!

It's taken them 4 years to hold up a sign and it was taken down quickly. Yawn. What was hilarious however was the sign held up near the pies players race that read DIDAK YOUR MY HERO. The English language is dead.

There is an AFL love affair with Goodes. He could probably knock somebody out with a fend off and not even give away a free kick.
