Disappointed for Kolt, but Sparrow plays that half-forward role far better. Have Kolt ply his trade and gain some confidence in the VFL for the rest of the season and hope he takes the next step next season.

Is this his third year on the rookie list? Can we give him a fourth? Is that allowed? I could've sworn three years was the maximum amount of time a player could be on a rookie list. Unless we plan to upgrade him to the main list at seasons end. I think he's shown some great traits at VFL level and definitely would've been in line for a debut mid-season had he not been injured.

Callum Brown has signed on at GWS for a further three years. We can officially scratch that one off the list.

Bit hard to judge his performance considering Casey won by over 100 points, but he looks a good prospect based on these highlights. If he doesn't get a game this season, he's definitely one to watch in '26

Big yes to Darcy Wilson if the opportunity ever came up. Looked a genuinely exciting prospect last year but seems to have come down with a case of the second year blues. Not dissimilar to Windsor.

Good lord, then why on earth did we allow him to play when it was a clearly going to impact his performance? Surely we could've brought in Howes and allowed Rivers to fill Petracca's role?
