  1. CROWS SUPPORTERS VIEW Take it and run Second round pick for a soon to be 29 year old. He’s injury prone. We will be laughing
  2. If he’s walking out then why are we negotiating?? He’s a 3rd rounder. Mercurial forward but had injuries. imv he's not worth a second round pick.
  3. TAYLA ?? PAXY?? Team should be ok to beat the weagles this week But injuries… šŸ¤®šŸ¤®ā€¦ we need to be fully fit to win it šŸ†
  4. No update on this. BBB must be hopeful still but simply he couldn’t run in his last two games after half time. It was sad. BBB was a big part of 21GF ā¤ļø but sad to see him struggling to get out on the park. We need him fit and if not possible, then tough call required. Seems to have a good coaching role possible and his off field contribution to charity shows a man of the highest quality.
  5. Let’s remind ourselves how good this kid is. How did the AFL just gift him to end Kangas. Ffs. I’m angry.
  6. Our forward line with Watson added!!! Ffs.
  7. Wow great memories
  8. Benchmark is (at a minimum) the Luke Jackson trade.
  9. I thought Lions would like a future 3rd round to help with points for Levi Ashcroft next year.
  10. Wilson is a classic outside mid. Run and skill and good decision making, and can kick a nice goal. Great to see him test really well at the combine. If we have a pick around 10-12, he’s definitely in the mix.
  11. Crows. Pick 46 for McAdam. That’s the deal.
  12. Out-of-contract Hawk Lachie Bramble has been told to wait for a decision on his future. Bramble is quick. Sometimes I think we need another fast mover in the outside. Similar to Markov at the Pies. Very much a line breaker. Plays a physical style of footy. He seemed to be overlooked by the Hawks due to Jiath and Scrimshaw playing the half back roles, and younger guys like Macdonald on the wing.
  13. Dees paid a HUGE price to move up three spots in the draft. Is this why? The 2021 premiers currently hold picks 6, 11, 41 and 46, the latter received in the Brodie Grundy deal on Wednesday. It’s believed the Demons are keen to move up the order, potentially all the way up to West Coast’s Pick 1, using 6, 11 and their future first-rounder.
  14. Started with 5*, 13, 25*, 33 (2x 1st round and 2x second round). *Freo picks from Jackson trade. then… - Jordon Free agent to Sydney -> Compo end of second round (39) - Harmes trade to Bulldogs-> 2024 future WB3rd rd - Grundy trade to Sydney-> 3rd rd pick 46 and 2024 future Syd2nd rd - draft picks 14,27,35 to GC Suns -> Pick 11 Dees now hold picks 6, 11, 41, 46 …and the two extra future 2024 second rounder and third rounder picks. Imv there is still more afl sudoku puzzles to come !!!

  18. Dees likely to go all out for Reid????
  19. To summarise: dees strategy is
  20. Thanks @dino rover unfortunately we’re 12 months too late. Reidy had a good 2022 season at Frankston. He was available last year and we had the opportunity.
  21. Agreed. Maybe a touch of desperation. We have JVR (good but developing) and probably Petty (backman turned forward) as the preferred tall forwards. Then it’s a mixed bunch of the aged/frail BBB & TMCD, cheeselike Schache, young Jefferson has potential and is about 2 years away, and maybe Fullerton as a ruck/forward support for Gawn. Mixed lollies options !!!
  22. Have to say that Ry Cantwell has put his name forward now. Tested well across many of the trial tests. He’s a strong utility, wing or half forward link type player. Very good skills. Knows how to kick a goal. Good mark. He impressed in the finals and I thought he was one of the Ranges best in the GF. Might go late in the 3rd round in the draft as a late riser.
  23. I am still onboard the Ryley Sanders train. I think Mckercher goes early and we have to hope Dogs pick Watson. Sanders is a classy skilled running mid who loves a goal and can hit a forward target. That’s exactly what Dees need.
