Just a Thought. We all know that GWS are keen, we lack a star midfielder ( nothing against trengove), we still have money to spend, only 26 and would add a little bit of flavour into a one paced midfield. Thoughts?

I know its good for a new coach to think big in terms of membership, but 50,000 members for a team that has only won 1 flag in 150 years of footy is silly. They only managed 39,000 this year after playing off in 3 grand finals since 2009. Plus their list is slowly on the slide so membership is more likely to slide when the team does. We have a better chance of gaining 40,000 members than their 50,000. Essendon have 50,000 members and they have won 16 flags.

OK OK.... Watts in instead of Nicholson. Mark Neeld stated Sellar will come straight in to the team Dee Dee, get your facts right. Watts does not have the physical presence, he is more of a Flanker. Look at the pies and hawks they atleast have 2 big bodied forwards ( Cloke, Dawes, Roughead, Franklin, Hale). We have now got Clark and Sellar to work with our abundance of pocket/ flank forwards. We got absolutley anhilated this year due to our lack of big strong bodied forwards. Im not saying he will be the match winner but now we look much better with 2 big boys in the forward line

The paper today said we have picks 36, 52,54,72, 90, with picks 72 and 90 could we use them on couch or are the for rookie elevations?

How Rinho Richards did the club handle the sacking badly?? The club did both the right thing and what it had to do. You may believe they should have let him coach out the year, but not just the 186 point smashing, numerous smashings meant he had to go! Let him coach out the year would been both a waste of time and negativity. There is no easier way of telling someone you are sacked, you are better off letting them asap. Bailey still got his contract payed out and, he went on a holiday with his family and now has a job with the Crows. The club had to be ruthless with the decision, it was. We are not here to put up with garbage anymore!!!!!

We should seriously look at Ben Mckinley. Was a leading goal kicker at the eagles until Lecras found his feet. Struggled this year at North because of Petrie, but would be a nice fit in our forward line starved of opportunites?? HF: Howe , Watts, Sylvia F: Jurrah, Mckinley, Petterd...... doesn't look too bad

All due respect to Todd but no as senior coach. Having a father coaching his son will not work it will cause big problems for others later. Plus we only beat the Gold Coast yesterday it was nothing big and If we lose to Port nxt week why would you want someone who has only been able to get us 1 win out of 5 So a big NO. Aim for Eade, Malthouse, Laidley , Williams, Neeld

Ok everyone has done them but, i have thought up a list of our realistic targets 1. RODNEY EADE- best avaliable senior coach with success who would be a fantastic figure head for our club on and off the field. 2. MARK WILLIAMS- Same as Eade, only with a coaching premiership, like Eade doesn't take crap. 3. DEAN LAIDLEY- Ok, in the past i have bagged him but he is a good tactician and can get angry and intense. would also be an ideal assistant too. 4. MARK NEELD- Ok, i said no rookies but if we were to go down that track he is the absolute best. NO WAY- ROSS LYON- Seriously who wants to see our side rot away to that crap brand of footy???? UNLIKELY BUT WOULD BE NICE- MICK MALTHOUSE/ PAUL ROOS- With big coin being thrown around they may have a change of heart.

Theres no doubt Mick has a crush on the Dees, and wants to coach them badly. He may be having an affair with the club hahaha
