Im just stating the bleeding obvious, there are passengers on our list who just arent good enough, they must go, a topline coach is in order for our players who have the potential, then our out of contract players who are demanding huge coin just simply arent worth it. There futures with us must be seriously reassesed. its all logical facts!!!!!

Ive had enough of this year i just want a new senior coach to come in, sit the hole list down be blunt with each player and say how it is!!!!! I still want rocket Eade to coach us nxt year as i believe he will be the best avaliable. Not these rookie assistants coaches, some people are silly thinking the likes of Mcarteny, Sanderson, Neeld, etc will turn it round u have rocks in your head. A hard experienced coach is in demand. At seasons end we should delist/Trade the following: Bartram- Skills aren't up to Scratch Newton- Not good enough Maric- Limitations Spencer- Had his chance Campbell- Injury prone Trade: Sylvia- I cant believe this bloke wants more coin especially what he dished up today Bate- The time has come. Overall i cant believe the likes of Scully, Morton and Sylvia want more coin when they dish up crap like today.

Im not sure wether Kaspersky will be on our jumper does anyone else??? Maybe Scully is thinking about opening up a bank account with them??

I think we should start a petition against Dean Laidley being coach. I would be absolutley crushed if we got him as Head coach. His CV looks terrible. We are aiming for the stars ppl. Sounds to me like some ppl want the same old medicore near enough is good enough style of coach. Well i tell u what i sure as dont want that attitude anymore. Sign Here........

Some ppl here are unbelievable Laidleys final season with the Roos was a disaster much Like baileys. We need an experienced coach aim for the stars and Laidley isn't a star

Dogs were finished at the end of last year/ this year they lost Johnson, Akermanis, Eagleton, Welsh, Hall, Montgomery, Harbrow. ( Hall there missing link came in a year too late) Plus the like of Cooney Lake and Cross have hardly played this year.

Why are people saying get Laidley????? ARE WE ON DRUGS??? Seriously although he may come across as an intense and angry figure, he did nothing at Nth Melbourne, has no real premiership success to his name ( apart from the 96 flag) he has no other evidence of success to his name, so for me NO WAY!!! We are trying to get a winning culture into our club and he certainly isnt the answer!! We may as always of kept Dean Bailey!!! My no1 target would be Malthouse, but we have a more realistic chance of getting Eade or Williams for me Eade. food for thought: Pick 1: Mick Malthouse - Flags at Richmond in the 70's - Coached Bulldogs in finals in the mid 1980's - 92 and 94 flags for West Coast - Grand final appearance in 2002 and 2003 - Collingwood premiership in 2010 Pick 2: Rodney Eade - Played at a strong Hawthorn team in the 80's - played in the 83, and 86 flags possible 88 too - got the swans who were a basket case in to 90's to finals plus and grand final in 1996 - Had limited rescoures at Dogs but was able to be a figure head but was able to get them to 3 successive Preliminary finals Pick 3: Mark Williams - Played at strong Collingwood team through 80's - Premiership player in 1990 - Coached Port to numerous finals - Port 2004 flag.

All the best to Dean Yes i believe we need 1 of them. Malthouse would be my no.1, but he will be hard to get, especially when Collingwood are putting up barriers to fend off other clubs. Eade and Williams would be perfect fits for us both have been involved with successful teams and both have a bit of agro bout them. Clarkson would be a good fit but why would you leave the Hawks when they are still a chance to wing a flag in the next 2-3 years????

I know people are going to jump down my throat about this but, Scully and Bailey are really close mates so sacking Bailey isnt really an option atm because there isnt alot on the coaching market. Malthouse- going to stay at the pies in some other role Roos- dosent want to coach Clarkson- Why would u leave a team that still has a chance at winning a flag in the next couple of years???? Williams- at GWS A new rookie coach would be a huge step backwards, give dean a 2yr extension!!! The simple fact of the matter is our blokes just arent physically ready yet. Today Hawthorn had too much experience and power for us. Hawks have: Mitchell, Sewell, Hodge, Burgoyne, Gibson, Osbourne, Hale, Franklin, Bateman, Lewis plus Roughead to Ours Moloney, Green, Frawley, Sylvia, Jones????? Question for Wolfmother? I love Tom and respect and understand his contract situation, however surely now he knows were he wants to play next year and beyond, he knows the offers by both GWS and MFC but there comes a time when you have to stop beating around the bush/cut to the chase and just at least say ''i'm leaving or'' ''no i will be at Melbourne next year but i will sort out contract details at seasons end as i said i would". Tom will earn huge money at Melbourne next year and beyond and sure too be well setup for life at the MFC. Tom should know the he and the rest of the team have the potential to be a powerhouse in a few years but he is badly needed for some assistance in making that dream hopefully come true. The simple fact of the matter is, this whole situation is tearing both the club and members up because we want our ( Chris Judd/ Nathan Buckley) the of player who may earn superstar status, something Melbourne hasnt had since 1964!!! I like many really want him to be the next captain. What Gubby Allen said on the footy show a couple of weeks back is an absolute crock s@#%t. GWS will not win the flag in 2015/16, despite the money they are throwing at players like Scully, Walker, Palmer, Ward, Thomas, Pendlebury etc. and draft picks it wont happen!!! Powerhouse teams like Collingwood, Hawthorn, Carlton and Geelong all have btw 40 - 70,000 members, Strong sponsors, Strong corprate support, state of the art facilties and rescoures for players and top coaches. GWS will not have any of that, certainly not for a long time anyway!!!!

Im gunna have a stab and say 37,200 had mr Scully signed we may well of had 40,000 members, but to have nearly 37,000 members is fantastic so far we are slowly coming together go dees!!!
