I was a big Neeld fan but after hearing his 5 year plan before we are any good, he has now lost me. Neeld is probably a great bloke, but the AFL/ melbourne members and supporters won't put up with it. Simple. It took Port, Richmond and Adelaide much less time too improve even in the slightest manner and we have seemed to go backwards bad. That would have meant we would have been rebuilding since 2007!! Anymore heavy losses Neeld should save both us and himself anymore further embarrassment and resign otherwise he will be gone by seasons end. Mark Williams, Paul Roos, and Rodney Eade are all perfect candidates to take over. We need a coach who demands respect of the playing list and a coach that the players love to play for. Ala we need a premiership coach/ mentor for our kids!!!

Magner will make no difference I don't know why some people here worship him. Magner is very one paced with ordinary disposal skills. He isn't apart of our long term future, just another list clogger.

We at least need to give Neeld until seasons end if we continue to get belted most weeks and no real obvious improvement occurs then we can/ will review our head coach. I believe Neeld needs much better assistants on the coaching panel. Remove Rawlings and Royal and hopefully gain some former champs of the game to develop our mids and defenders. Remember when Wellman had our defence Frawley, Garland and co had super seasons. Royal and Rawlings haven't done much since being on our coaching panel. Both we failures at st kilda and Richmond

Strangely enough looking at the free agents list Ben Johnson from the pies a hard running defender could really help and lead our defence for a year or 2. I know he is 31 32 but could really show the way for the other guys. Would like Alan Toovey but his knee reco could be a bit of an issue and I doubt the pies would let Thomas Johnson and Toovey all go at once.

Exactly we are so desperate for players who have come from good cultures at seasons end. I don't want more kids quality seasoned players are a must. We need to build a the short amount of seasoned players we have ATM.

A burning question in regard to daisy Thomas and Neeld is, It appears Thomas isn't a fan of Buckley so lets say we get a few more wins a better improved performances across the season, and Daisy says cya Bucks Neeldy mate what have you got to offer me would some people still want Neeld gone or keep Neeld because he can attract a few pies players to help implement his game plan?

This guy from Carlton is impressive, starved of oppurtunities because of Gibbs Murphy Robinson Simpson and co. love his poise and attack on the footy, who love him at the MFC in 2014. Wouldn't mind having a Crack a Denis Armfield too. Pesty player who can hurt teams at times.

He has failed miserably to teach the spread badly as I said we need better mids but seriously our blokes stink under this hack of a coach.

Seriously this is our midfield coach and he has had little to no impact on our midfield group. Our midfield stinks bad but we do have few goodies in there and he has had absolutely no impact on their game. Time for a coach that has been involved in a premiership and who has been a great leader. I'm thinking a Brett Kirk or Cam Ling.

there are a number of players on our list who have been around for a while who i dont rate at all blokes like Bail, Magner, Fitzpatrick, Dunn, Evans etc. who i would defs cut at seasons end. Draft pick will not immediatley help us look at the last 5 years but another 3 or 4 decent season players from other clubs may provided we can convince them tp come!!!

If we get allocated a prioity pick fine im happy but seasoned players are a must! Alan Toovey would be a nice addition to our defence!

Can someone list a few decent players from other clubs we should look at come seasons end prefs mids? I know Mitch Brown is uncontracted? P.S. If Watts was to leave at seasons end we are far better off getting an establihed player on board rather than a draft pick as people suggest, because that would mean we lose another seasoned player and gain a kid who we have to put years into developing!!

Andrian Anderson? Perfect CEO or not? We must get a proven powerful CEO with strong leadership the only other one for me would be Eugene arocca he seems to have left a fairly strong culture are north! Adrian Anderson would be my pick Demitriou may take a stronger liking to us haha

I know this topic has been started before, but can we genuinely afford him, because gee we need someone like him bad. We have alot of work to do to get him across but after watching gameday he gave me the indication of a Scully/Ablett type saga!!!

Rodan at least plays with some much needed flair hardness and speed through the midfield. Something that we haven't had in a while. He is no Swan or Mitchell like but he offers something.

I went today, windy blustery conditions out there at Casey. Thought the intensity from all players was really good and if they can use that intensity for most of the season they will win more than they lose. Rodan will be a plus for us loves to take the game on as does Shannon Byrnes. Davey was showing glimpses of his early days fingers crossed he can recover some of that form. Dawes looks to have trimmed down, once he gets into a bit of rhythm and Clark back he should be super for us.

Cant put the link up but a good piece about Joel Macdonald. Says he wants to be remembered as a dee admits he isn't the best but just to have a real crack!! Don't mind J Mac, he had a fairly good 2010 with out starring he disposal could have a bit of work done to it but a bloke who will go out with the right attitude to the contest!

I'm optomistic about the year ahead finals would be an absolute dream but we aren't quiet ready yet so here are few of my wishes for 2013 1. Beat both Essendon and Richmond and finish higher than both! My misses is a Richmond nut and she gave me hell last year and that B@#ch Caro Wilson. My Misses old Man Bombers nut gave me hell aswell and would love to see another year for the dons pulling hamstrings and promising much but bombing out!! 2. NO BELTINGS ABOVE 50 PINTS!!! 3 Jack Viney to tear it up in the midfield alongside Jimmy Toumpas hopefully in a ripper first season for them both! 4. Dawes and Clark starting to gel causing big problems for opposition backs!!!

People being a little hard on Dawes. We know he has only really just joined training proper, so he will/like anyone feel a little out of touch with the footy for a bit. If Jack Riewoldt was in the same boat im sure tiges fans would be a little worried about him too lol. Neeld and co have seen Dawes play some quality in a quality side at Collingwood and if Neeld had doubts about his ability he would of wanted him. Dawes had quality season in 2010 and 2011 under Malthouse and Neeld, but under Buckley obviously not so and from what i can gather that Buckley isn't aswell liked as Malthouse amongst Pies players!!! Ive got a few keen Pies fans mates and they rather liked Dawes and werent so happy that he left/traded. Time will only tell with Dawes but i hope/sure he will come good and become a quality player again.

cant poach a player until the club has finished the season otherwise big fines apply. Highly doubt we would risk that so i doubt it would be Byrnes since Geelong are still playing. Would prefer Monfries only 25 Byrnes 28. Monfries is a good kick!!
