So many easy entries into the forward line today because of loose players in the "zone", it was very annoying to watch. It was expected what happened last time we played the Saints. What happen to good old fashion man on man?

Well I was enjoying the season up until this point. I don't know what it is with the Saints but we just struggle to beat them. The only thing that would make me feel better after the preference today is if we beat West Coast next week so I can rub it in my wife's face and every other stupid WCE support over here in Perth.

Brought this up in another thread about 6 rounds ago. His dash off the half back is unreal, the opposition can't even touch him his that quick.

If it was that quick then why was it reported that after several calls to Daws He had to knock his door down to talk him into it? Why was it also reported that the only club Wellingham didn't want to be traded to was Melbourne when his old midfield coach was now head coach there? What I'm most optimistic about this team in the future is Simon Goodwin coaching, players who he coached at Essendon want to come play with us because of him. That makes me think his a really good peoples person and players will want to play for him, follow his game plan and play harder to make sure he stays around. Remember how hard it was for Mark Neeld to get Collingwood players over? There was obviously a reason for that.

Hibberd, Hurley and Prestia would a very good trade period for us.

We could have kicked a lot more goals if we kick the ball lower into the forward line for chest marks instead of bombing it high. It was to wet for over head marks.

The reality is the only games none Supporters watch are Firday and Saturday night games which we get none of anyways so I can't see this hurting us anymore then it already is. It's pretty simple, Wins = more TV coverage.

Totally agree with this. They most likely will bring him in to play in the last couple of games when finals hopes are completely in doubt.
