I can't stand what Gibbs has said, he wants to see a premiership blueprint, he is a big part of what they plan to build a premiership around but he is a long way off an elite player imo, he should wait til he gets to that level before he tries putting talks on hold, i doubt Carlton will be too fussed if he leaves tbh

I think we are definitely on the right track, which is a nice change, Frawley needs to take more ownership in general, he wants to wait for someone else to set the direction of the club, he needs to be proactive, set an example and help set it himself, Tommy Mcdonald can't run, don't wait til Roo has three goals before deciding maybe i should go to him. Trengove needs to find a way to be dangerous, he is getting enough of the ball, he needs to make something happen when he does have it now Watts needs to play like that every week, that's the standard now, no backwards steps. I think the biggest thing the team needs is confidence, there are some seriously talented boys on our list, they need to back that talent, no doubts, i'd rather see them make a bad decision then show indecision.

Roo, Watts Jones? for us i reckon Watts, Tyson, Jones, Dunn, Vince would be about it, Trengove has improved alot but still has a long way to go, same with Toumpas, Frawley is a good player and i reckon 17 other teams will be circling but he was abit dopey at times last night.

Out played, if we missed just the easy shots we would have beaten them by 5 goals and 100 plus touches, i hate that we lost but i am thrilled with the difference since last year, the effort for four quarters was very solid.
