Hyperthetical based on no rumours or anything, MFC trade pick 3 to GCS for picks 7, 15 MFC trade pick 2, 7 and Toumpas to Adelaide Adelaide trade Patrick Dangerfield and pick 9 to MFC Melbourne gain Dangerfield, and go to the draft with picks 9 and 15 ( Laverde and Duggan) Adelaide gain Pick 2, 7 and Jimmy Toumpas all of this is relying on Adelaide feeling they will lose Dangerfield next year anyway, massive deal from us they couldn't possibly match and Dangerfield telling them he is going to take it either this year or next.

I don't think the dig was fair, the decision hasn't come off at all but the decision wasn't exactly surprising at the time, it just hasn't worked out, and possibly won't the club needs a serious change of recruiting policy, Geelong have must win their own ball in lights when they go to the draft, we should too, I personally can cop the slightly lower skill level if the player can win his own ball

I am about 98% certain we will get Stretch as third rounder, there is a big possibility of players sliding in this draft, no one will bid a first round pick just in case a Hugh Goddard slips down to around the pick 20 mark

I get the feeling the AFL is going to step in here, Clark walking to a top 4 side without us getting a really good compensation would be about the same as pulling down their pants and taking a nice long [censored] all over any ideas of equalisation, we look like losing our two best key position players to top four sides and then the AFL community will turn around and say but it's all your fault for bad drafting.. Clark, Strauss, Blease, Tapscott, Frawley, and any trades, that's five first round picks more than likely leaving the list this year

This is about as convincing as frawley has been this year
