As I understand it finals revenue goes in the main to the AFL. The participating clubs are paid to reflect their additional expenses (four more games) but it is nothing spectacular. Better overall team than the Bulldogs ... yes... but they had a glorious month... we may not. Richmond...last year... probably a bit below... Their last 5-6 weeks of the home and away season was seriously impressive which mean they finished top 4... we did not. On the other hand Richmond are probably above us by around the same margin that Adelaide were better than Richmond last year. Who knows what the next three weeks will bring. I am expecting a win tonight but after that ?????
