Just in case we haven't noticed that three Finalists from last year got trounced this week and a few looked pretty tired including 2019 Finalists Footscray, Wast Coast, GWS and ,Hawthorn, MFC and Essendon/Sydney all looked like they were no where near their peak. Not sure what this means other than preparations per Club might be being entirely differently managed from each other, finishing later and staying at best for longer, with current circumstances...

What the hell was going on in that game on the backline. We all saw it. One clean punch over the line by May. Three prime defenders going all for a mark or was it a punch, totally unclear to who was behind .......err no one. Carlton were absolutely gobsmacked by the ball being where it should not have been that they bumbled, fumbled and stuffed up the opportunities that went begging........ Rivers a beauty. Rubbish game full of staging, 14mtr passes allowed, holding ball not paid, and revenge free kicks against Burgoine. Like always Cats get away with murder for deliberate out of bounds calls and anything else they can appeal for to disrupt the opposition and then back into the game. It is so predictable and pathetic of drop kick Umpire who cannot bounce or apparently stop players from pirouetting with the ball.

Well NRL fans should have one more game of kissing and hugging that they do before all their tests come up positive and that will be the finish of their season. At least our blokes aren't the vice captain of their Club and they also have friends to visit.

In a way it is probably good to get most of the New Players including Harley all together in the one game over and done with. Now its up to everyone to get that first win on the board. I i hope and think also that its good that it is Bloody Carlton.....
