Melbourne Football Club - The CEO
The old saying..."talk is cheap" He's got a big job ahead of him. The last EFC bloke we had was good, lets hope this one matches him.

My 3 word player analysis V Collingwood
Thanks ' @joeboy ', for another season of 3 words. Always the first thing and often the only thing I read after a game. Much appreciated mate...

The Judd McVee Thread
Is that a leading question?

The Mitch McGovern Thread
That’s another discussion but McGovern isn’t the answer. Agree with ‘Ted’ above, May’s still streets ahead.

The Mitch McGovern Thread
This season has obviously done your head in. Are you really thinking the Carlton McGovern or his brother? May did struggle last week but on this season alone (a very average one for May, who is coming to an end) he is still streets ahead of McGovern.

The Judd McVee Thread
That's a different issue. I'm talking specifically about the ruck position.

For Sydney Based D’Landers or Those in Sydney Late August or Mid September…
Would love to be there mate...it's going to be a blast. There's nothing like getting out there and playing music with good people. Enjoy!

The Judd McVee Thread
I don't believe we have a young player ready to step up so there is no development issue but more likely a list issue. It's going to be interesting to see how we handle White. Do we see him as a potential ruck or a KP player??? Either way if he makes it he's still a few years off.

Trade Targets
We should know a bit about him as he trained with us and played some games with Casey. Very highly rated as a kid. Well worth a look I would think.

Trade Targets
Ben Brown.

Trade Targets
...and here's me thinking clubs would be lining up with their check books to sign him up as coach. It's got to be a selling point having all the answers

Simon Goodwin Sacked
Poor Goody...he's gone and we're still going on about him. Give him a break. FWIW, he's a legend of the club and no one can take that away from him.

Who Will Be Our Next Coach?
Honestly 'bin', I thought Mitchell showed his intent when he rested Watson early in the game. Then the smiles, laughter & levity on the bench led by the coach. They were playing with us & never looked like losing unfortunately. I would have loved us to have wiped the stupid smart a... grin off his face but it wasn't going to happen. Maybe we will get the last laugh if they miss the top 4 by a fraction.

AFLW SEASON OPENS THIS WEEK
Thanks, I've tried to avoid Kayo this season. They annoy me with their fake offers.

AFLW SEASON OPENS THIS WEEK
I wasn't able to watch last nights game live so lived it through the score updates/stats (AFL site) and comments on here, is there a replay available anywhere? Great start to a hopefully successful year.

Agree.

NON-MFC: Round 23
Somehow this thread is all about us???? The Dogs in the box seat to make finals now, it's totally in their hands. Will the coach last at Freo if they drop out?

Current Television
The Bear season 4 is good, thought 3 was a bit hit & miss but this one is back in form… Looking forward to the new season of Slow Horses due in September. In the meantime I have a the guilty pleasure of watching What’s My Line, from the 50’s early 60’s. A time capsule & quite addictive…Arlene Francis is a gem…

Simon Goodwin Sacked
We sure do...the measure of this board will be it's ability to grow the fan base. A home base will probably be a good start, that and on-field success. Although I don't have full faith that they are up for the task at hand. Past results would say not.
