  1. Yep, there is no way Tomo comes in if Tommy Mac is playing defence. Petty back with Hore & Tommy or Tomo. Salem now stays back as the only experienced leader in the backline until May/Lever return
  2. Not if Tommy Mac is playing in the back half...
  3. He's kept them in the game though.
  4. Ducked... What is the rule?
  5. I think Dogs Suns is an interesting game. Reckon Suns make the 8 this year…this game will be a good indicator.
  6. Pity it has to be Brisbane. Both 0-4 would be good to see... ...but I guess you can't have everything.
  7. I used to like the view at Waverley... Also used to park up at the Wheelers Hill Hotel and walk down to the ground. A long walk back when you lost but at least there was a pot and parma to be had before heading home..
  8. Waverley or Docklands? Waverley every day of the week for me.
  9. Most likely....
  10. He'll probably take Fritsch, Fritsch will probably take him...
  11. Same old Goodwin...stuck in his ways, doesn't listen, no plan B, can't coach. Oh, wait a minute. We won. Thant can't be right. Fake news.
  12. I think in the end it's going to be about listening to the people. Their vote will count. If they think there are more important issues than getting an AFL team so be it.
  13. Collingwood are probably not far off a similar issue with Murphy at the moment. I think they would be arguing for cap relief...
  14. Could they be looking at him as coverage for Bowey???
  15. 2 interesting games on today and both on at around the same time this evening. Day time snore fests...
  16. Sure to play next week then...
  17. Not at all...we just didn't have players available for that game. BBB, Tommy and Woey all needed a run under the belt plus Pickett wasn't available with suspension. Then add in a couple of injuries. With a fit list maybe Tomo is the only one dropped that may have been picked, but if Disco was available I doubt he would have played either.
  18. Collingwood went well tonight...
  19. The umpires could have a say in this by the end of the game. They gave it a good go at the end of the 3rd...
  20. 35yo next year...
  21. They turn on their own really quickly too... I've heard many a choice word thrown, I guess that happens with all dimwitted supporters. Just that they have more...
  22. I think it likely to be Tommy or BBB, HP an outside chance but probably needs a bit more time. Goody was talking about discussions after training today so will be interesting to see which way it falls.
  23. I think Max needs to show it doesn't effect him in a negative way. If he lifts to another level then I can't see teams trying it on any longer. Unfortunately it works and they will keep doing it. Someone mentioned it and it may have been you 'Red' but if they try and body him he should come in with a raised knee. A few of them around the ribs will soon make you back off. As for around the ground there isn't a lot teammates can do, maybe the odd block here and there. I would definitely look at targeting an opposition player for the same treatment though... The AFL will get sick of the look soon enough and change the rules, that will suit us anyway.
  24. I think we will and have done this but only when we have our forward line back. To me it would be a recipe for disaster with the current line up. We were starting to do it last year when Petty was up and about for a few games.
