At the very least they could have provided body doubles I.e. there are many six year old boys who would have jumped at the opportunity to be Caleb Daniels. -
The Jesse Hogan Panic Room - all contract talk here

Unless he's attached advertising....then it's genius -
That's crazy talk. The only route left to you is to go mind bogglingly speculative. It must, however, end with us picking up Fyfe in the rookie draft. Then, and only then, will you gain the respect of established Demonlanders.

Redleg, I don't need to read his H & A stats to know that he was an absolute gun in the finals. I watched every final he played. This is not to say that Hogan can't do the same (I truly believe he can) but Boyd's been a revelation come finals time. The GF was not a one off. And I don't particularly like him. -

By my reckoning, Redleg, it's been a string of finals culminating in a great Grand Final performance. -
Cale had some ok games. Jimmy never seemed to have confidence in himself and that's followed through to Port.

Come on man. Saty loves the club. He talks to players from the club and he gets out amongst it and enjoys airing his views. I say good on Saty.

Nah, it's all fun. The nuttier, funnier, combative and weirder the better. Go Dees.

I'm with you Biffen. Not a first rounder for mine but he can seriously play. Who gives a shite if he's rather chase skirt than hang out with Selwood and the overly earnest gang.
-
Neither. I rule out Cook because he never played. Gillies played two. The thing about Jaksch is that, in the games that I saw, he was blindingly awful as opposed to doing nothing.

Unlike all of you, I have some genuine intell on Tom Lamb. I'm just not ready to shear it yet.

I also went to the Mt Eliza v Pines final. Wow wee.
-
I'm sure they see it that way. What I do know is that Mt Eliza is currently the biggest club in terms of participants (huge junior program) and it's a short sighted decision imo
-
Agreed. Was down there a week ago to watch Frankston YCW v Mt Eliza Grand Final. It's very disappointing....and galling. The AFL bangs on about it's work with the community but I call horseshite on that. Frankston is very much a mixed area (world of difference between Frankston South and the Pines) but it's a big AFL town and region. The AFL could assist here from a monetary sense and probably beyond but would rather prop up an artificial construct in GWS (I know, I know, we've been told to embrace them but they can GGF for all I care). Even a fraction of this money would be enough for keep the Dolphins going.

The most overrated Brownlow victory of all time. If I read one more report that it may well be the most dominant season from a player 'I'll spew'. All it proves is that umpires now gush over number of possessions rather than what you do with the ball. No doubt that he's a great player but best season of all time... horseshite.

Exactly.

Could he not be replaced by a block of wood?

He dedicated 'You were amazing' to the double whopper with cheese

I'm looking forward to Mick Molloy looking like a bunny in the head lights again. Now that was good.

Out of a test tube with smoke spilling out of it.

I agree. He was far from our worst yesterday, particularly considering how often the ball went down there. Not currently the flavour of the month which is more of the problem than his actual form.
