The elephant in the room with Kirk is that we have seen when he speaks it is often hard to tell whether or not he is on LSD. Whilst this is not such a terrible thing he may be suited more for a development role . Sheedy is the only other coach who seems to be able to ramble on like a nutter and still get results. Perhaps Kirky will become better at public address as he gets older but it would be nice to have Bomber steer us to 2 and then three in a row before handing over to Kirk or Ling. We have not done well with untried coaches. Swooper was the best we've had since Norm Smith. He had senior experience -which I would prefer a young coach gain elsewhere.
