You must have woken up with enough to know.Going out dressed like that.

I've been toTuscany. Tried to explain to them how to make ham, cheese , wine etc but they insist on using outdated methods. The bridge in town needs replacing - old and worn. The Dome was a let down. Not up to state library standards. Statues of naked men line the streets.under the guise of art. i saw 50 hunters chasing 3 quail. They have nice shirts, pink jeans and rugby tops but they are basically Sydney Bankers with accents.

If you haven't converted her yet you are lacking persuasive powers. Buy her a membership.

Good changes. Will be interested to see if Dawes and Trengove can slot back to into the highest level against the reigning premiers. its an unlikely upset , but my gut tells me we can do it. Only when my gut is full of red wine.

Rod Grinter on Open Mike Tuesday Night
Biffen replied to The heart beats true's topic in Melbourne Demons
I remember him kicking the ball across ways during the wet for goals during a very slippery day. He was no mug. -
That's probably a minority opinion.

Somedays we use the diamond. Somedays we present the ring. Diamonds are quite hard to penetrate so maybe we should call it the "open ring" . -
In .Trengove, Salem, Dunn,Dawes, out. Viney ,Kent,OMac ,Newton.

I'm so proud of young Jack now as we think back fondly on uncle Rod. -

A lot of the umpires just didn't understand Rod. They made some poor decisions based purely on guys rolling around with broken bones and internal bruising because they had stepped into the wrong part of the ground. A lot of people calling him a thug are way off. He was more like an assassin . -
Everyone's so nice Hem. Nice to the point of letting you know they only ever think nice things. There will be a brief trial followed by a mass execution against the Church wall for the bland in my Utopia. You are safe.

The old fashioned camera didn't ring and alarm bells? Although knowing some of your Perversions and your propensity for trying new revolting experiences I'm surprised you didn't invite the whole film crew.

Apart from your schizophrenia behaviour then yes your are great people. Both personalities are nice in all of you.

Tastes like chicken. Smother it in chilli and garlic and it could be anything. Or anyone. We do a bit of it here after a decent loss.

My guess is he is having his aura re balanced in Nimbin or some such place.

Is Dawes talking up our chances?

Don't mind Bitters Ernesto. Word is he had a rather delicate " procedure" today involving a camera and A Dr from Moldovia who took liberties in his film making. Uncle Bitters has reported the poor quack and now wants a second opinion from someone with a real degree. He is seeking drinking partners in order to avoid paying for his own box of wine. Have no sympathy Ern, today Bitters is a depraved and selfish fascist who loves the accoutrements and crueltyof bondage as much as your enemies in Spain.

Constant regime change. We are Afghanistan in the UN of the AFL. Goodwins ability to stop the rot will be determined as much by his ability to deal with the media as it will his football judgement.

Melbourne to ditch Alice Springs game from next year?
Biffen replied to Bring-Back-Powell's topic in Melbourne Demons
I would not be averse to the China game if we had a bye to follow or similar concessions such as a n extended break. Could be good for the boys to take a mental break from the Winter here but I would think illness, fatigue, and pollution could be a factor for the two teams involved. Having said that , the Chinese are likely to latch on to "Melbourne" as an entity rather than a suburb or a fictitious name like GwS.. So as we invented the game , so we must progress it. So get more from the China deal, the women's league, leave Tas ,Darwin etc for others. -
The draw will sort the dogs out a bit. They have gotten above their station somewhat .

That's fine if we win those games we aren't supposed to . I think we are going in to games expecting to beat anyone but capable of losing to even the worst. The answers are not easy to find. The issues are are across the team. Our hand and foot skills are below par. Watts,Salem,Oliver,Jones,Petracca,Viney,Hogan,Gawn,Tmac,Jetta,Vince , Garlett and,Stretch Are the basis of a very good side. Hunt ,Harmes,Wagner and OMac fluctuate as young guys do. Kent ,Dunn,Garland,MJones,Michie,Kennedy,Tyson,H,Grimes have some limitations.None of these guys can use their opposite side but there is hope for Tyson. In order to win a final/s we will need better skills across the board. Any players with these disposal issues can only be a viable part of a good side if they tackle like machines. The back six are totally unstable . TMac,Jetta,Dunn,Vince,Salem and Wagner would be my pick for the Hawks.Omac and Wagner are too green in tandem. I want to see JT back for more poise and skill. I would like to have a look at Hulett. I think Spencer and Gawn can operate together. Would be good if H/ Dawes could resurrect their careers but I don't see it happening .Ditto for JG.

The "They're out here" Get Rid of the Zone Defence Thread
Biffen replied to Forest Demon's topic in Melbourne Demons
Too many missed tackles all over the ground. The zone is a load of post modernist crap. In the 90's it was "the wall". Basically, you have a man you must beat-that never changes. Stand in a triangle a diamond or a circle and they will plop the ball in the centre of it and watch us spoil each other because we lack COMPOSURE. We lack composure because there is no plan of action-particularly when the ball is in flight. Jade Rawlings been offered another contract? -
I reckon he will be.
-
Hard to fault individuals as the team tackling pressure was weak. I think Kent will be dropped ,as will Omac. Dirty day And nothing went right for us. The diamond was brilliant once again.

Your seedy lost weekends in the Seaside are safe with me. I promise not to tell everyone what a twisted and debauched glutton you can be when let loose on Fitzroy St.
