Exactly. However the question I would really like answered is how much time and resources we have put into this already. I have a feeling that it isn't much. It's frustrating that we miss out on Mac due to the rule change, however the JUH situation should never have occurred. If they applied the new rule after we got Mac I most likely wouldn't care.

Cal has a road to the draft podcast that I listened to awhile ago which had the Freo recruiter as a guest. He alluded that Mac had shot up into top 10 calculations.

He has been great. Such a turnaround from 2019 where he had the majority of us tearing our hair out. I thought his game against West Coast was his best, but this was a fantastic game and is elevated due to the opposition and the occasion (Carlton and Gold Coast games were great too). . I think he still has the potential to overthink his decisions on occasion when he has time to think but he also has been nailing the majority instead of blazing away into forward 50 like he used to. There are still a few posters who view him as a bit of a whipping boy. They need to understand that form is temporary and players can change. You don't have to keep the same opinion that you did 3 years ago.

Hoping the Swans can come back. Would prefer GWS get eliminated

People on here are downplaying Port. They are on tonight and I'm very glad we avoided this game. Geelong are looking ordinary due to the immense pressure being applied. Port have not stopped running all night.

I just informed the club. They advised that they have been doing an average job before this point as they only wanted to get average results. They will double their efforts now that they have been formally challenged.

I loved it but i thought that we have had better wins Bulldogs, Brisbane, Swans were all better wins imo (in that order).

Our players worked so hard to give it to Viney who was in a better position only for Viney to throw it on the boot as quick as possible across his body. It was probably my only standout negative for the night.

I for one have no problem with his playing style or skill level. The problem is that he is consistently injured or coming back from injury. He is rarely 100%. There will be a clear point where another player pushes him out because he is continually at 80%. That time is coming soon.
