Brian Royal has copped a fair amount of stick over the course of the season and the general consensus seems to be that he's unwanted. Some have gone as far to say that Choco is the crux of the midfield problem and has basically poisoned every line he's worked with. Personally, I'm of the belief that we just don't have the cattle. Coupled with all of the off-field issues this year and a whole new regime (except individual in question) it was always going to be a challenging year for anyone tasked with making sense from the senseless at the MFC. Regardless, let's see how Choco fares in this poll.

The likes of Sylvia and Moloney would be the most resistant to change because of the length of time they've been in the MFC system and therefore the least adaptable to Neelds new game plan and standards. Old habits die hard and added to this is the perceived strained relationship with the coach. Will both these guys 'buy in' or will it be easier to give them to the draft and trade table? I would love to move either on and pick up an Andrew Gaff or similar player. Both Colin and Brent should be forced to watch this bloke in action in his second season and then asked WTF are you doing? BH, I consider it an agenda when these guys bang-on about Melbourne and tanking, but seem to give a wide berth to every other club that has wandered down the same path that we alledgedly have. He's shown some glimpses of form recently. He's a smart player that would undoubtedly benefit from being surrounded by equally as smart players. That said, if we draft and trade well and Neelds game plan and fitness regime begins to take effect, then I think Brad could be a damaging player next year. Let's give him the next 4 games to see the season out before getting the cattle prod out.

I believe Cameron Schwab (or any other CEO for that matter) would be substantially more productive if they did not have to deal with what he has dealt with this year. Can you imagine the planning changes that would have been occurring throughout this year? It was chaotic from word go and is continuing with the recent tanking talk. A clean slate next year after dealing with drama's the size of which we've seen will be akin to Utopia.
