I've just flown back from a few days up there on business (unfortunately unable to stay for the weekend) and to be honest with you, the temp up there right not now is very mild and dry. In fact the WCE game a Patersons was stinking compared to current temps in Darwin. I think you'll find it won't be as taxing as you're alluding to.

Should've let him go last year. Whatever the role Neeld had him penned in for hasn't transpired (we can say that about most of the team) and he's only managed to show a couple of glimpses. Agreed that he will be on the march come seasons end.

Interesting to note that he had a cracker of a game in the VFL on the weekend and really dominated (from what I've read). Maybe a couple of senior appearances has instilled a bit of belief and the big fella has turned a corner.. We'll wait and see.

Completely agree with this. Ziebell could have pinned him with a great tackle knowing that he was going to be late to the contest. Instead he decided to jump with the intent of causing a collision which turned out to be pretty bloody forceful. Not sure about the 4 weeks but given his form I suggest this was in an effort to influence his options in the future...

4 weeks is only a number of missed games. Judd has lost a lot of fans from this and it will be a blight on an otherwise awesome footballers career.

Confidence and knowledge of game structures will remedy a lot of this. We will be a different side next year.

Don't know if it's been mentioned before now, but that after the siren goal and ensuing celebration by K HUNT (sorry, I had to do that), has probably had more of an impact on the AFL's press into NRL territory than all of Vlad and Co's efforts thus far.

The whole club, on every level is being stripped back bare. I don't consider there to be too many supporters with half an idea that would not agree that club culture has been the major hindrance to list development and on-field success. The hard edge that Neeld spruiked so much when he got the job is under construction. I can see that. Massive change does not, and will not result in immediate success. There has to be some short term pain for long term gain. But yeah, there's some tough diggin ahead...
