  1. If I had a left nut, I'd give it up for Patrick Dangerfield. So much want!
  2. Longest relationship I've ever had with 42 males
  3. Can't begrudge him. Gave us his best years and experienced less than zero success. Deserves to try and find some elsewhere, when realistically his body only has 1-2 years left.
  4. Unlike a lot of people, I wasn't born a Melbourne supporter, I chose to become one when I was 12. I have never ever regreted that choice and as fed up as I get with the club sometimes, I have never contemplated ditching it. I can't think of anything that will make me stop following the club. I may be jaded, but I'm also blinded by faith that one day my choice will pay off. So I guess I'm stuck here forever.
  5. True that, I mean he was the biggest low life in IKEA, and that says something! I did push in front of him at the cash register at another store though. Serves the [censored] right *small victories*
  6. I think I deserve 5th place in the GWS B&F for resisting the urge to run Tom Scully over in a shopping centre last weekend. I'm a team player!
  7. And well done to Jonesy. A most deserving winner. Thanks for being one of the only things that stopped me from shooting myself in the eyes this year. (Mitch Clark will win by 100,000 votes next season if he gets through 22 games without breaking his head/neck/leg/arm/face). Now [censored] right off season 2012. You are officially dead to me!
  8. Well done to Rivers. Coming 5th while spending half the season in a foreign role in a dead zone where the ball barely appears once a quarter. Very much hopes he stays, but if he leaves, this will help his FA value.
  9. Jordie Mac- what a teacher's pet he is! Says a lot that two very different group of coaches have awarded him the same award, and that Neeld signed him for 3 years. There is clearly something very special about him.
  10. Malthouse got the best out of his teams. He is also a coach players would want to play under. He would be a big draw card for free agents. He is also the man who invented the game plan Neeld is trying to teach us. We may not have been or could be any better under him, but experience and success speaks for itself. It also generates interests and support, of the financial kind. If he was available last year, we would have chased him, as would every other club who was looking for a new coach. It's just bad timing, especially because nobody wants to see Carlton succeed. Neeld may be just as good as Malthouse one day, but Malthouse comes with a better level of guarantee if you like. Anyway, this is a bit boring now. Fair to say I would prefer Malthouse to coach us. Or Ross Lyon. But I'd also like a house made of gold filled with shoes, and that ain't gonna happen. But one can dream
  11. Dude, are you following me around the forum? Boring. P.S.- I never said we weren't doing what I wrote. I am a 14 year member for a reason. Signed up yet?
  12. I want to support a club that will chase Roos next season if he's available. I want to support a club that supports its players, but knows when to let them go for the greater good I want to support a club that does whatever it takes within the rules, to win a flag. I want to support a winner club.
  13. Malthouse is a proven, successful, premiership coach. He has been out of the game less than a year, and two years ago won a flag. I am not saying Neeld won't be good, I'm just saying that Malthouse is as close to a proven success as you're ever going to get in the AFL, and if right now both were available, 99% of rational people would go Malthouse. Oh well, less competition for Roos next year I guess.
  14. Bloody Tasmanians.
  15. You'd have to be kidding yourselves if you would rather Neeld than Malthouse, given the state of our list and the state of our club.
  16. [censored] Carlton. They always win. They got the master, we got his second rate apprentice.
  17. Officially walked out of GC. Show him the money!!!
  18. Take my money, break my heart, then sh*t on my head. Re-signed.
  19. I will LOL if we get robbed of this stupid award as well. Watch Nic Nat win it.
  20. Tragic. My deepest condolences to John's family.
  21. Gysberts isn't perfect, but he clearly has talent. I am more than happy to get rid of players who have been in the system for ages and failed, but Gysberts has plenty of time on his side and with glimpses of usable talent, it would be a lazy and soft option to get rid of him. Neeld has to back himself to make something of these sorts of kids, otherwise what sort of coach is he?
  22. Dodged. A. Bullet. * * if not [censored] from Ch 7
  23. I believe in Mitch!
  24. Sliced bread and the invention of the wheel have nothing on Mitch Clark. Mitch Clark = best thing to ever happen to mankind
  25. I'm pretty sure that a family of baboons would have yielded similar drafting results if they slung some poo in miscellaneous directions and picked the players who got hit. Because only the slow, soft, lazy ones wouldn't get out of the way in the first place. FML!
