I really really feel like crying. I have nothing left anymore for this club. At this stage not even Paul Roos coming to coach us would make me feel less hopeless about this club.
-
Go on, defend Lynden Dunn. Idiotic footballer.
-
I had tequila for dinner last night. Wish I kept drinking.
-
Have had a gutful. Right now I wish this club didn't exist and I wouldn't have to suffer through this crap each week. Our players should be ashamed of themselves. They are pathetic.
-
My god Trengove. That pathetic tackling attempt was disgraceful.
-
You know what this feels like? Being burnt alive. I don't know how that actually feels, but I imagine the pain would be similar.
-
It's poor coaching from Craig to keep rewarding players when they have a long stretch of bad games, especially after our pathetic display last week.
-
This is some of the most ridiculous play I've seen. Jeremy Howe how can you be so easily out marked in the goal square? This team is killing me. Can't watch this crap week after week. When will this year be over already??
-
How is Cameron Pederson even on an AFL list? God dammit we are the stupidest team going around.
-
Our disposal is disgusting. Disgusting.
-
[censored] you Melbourne. Wtf are you doing? Losing this game will be a new low.
-
Pedersen. Omg. Go away!
-
Gotta make sure I drink enough tomorrow night to still be drunk come 1:45pm on Saturday.

It amazes me that grown ups with careers can sit behind a computer screen and judge someone who wants to make a decent decision when it comes to their career. Can you really blame players who are worried about the state of the club? I can't.

The Split - AFL Endorsed Ticket or The Stockdale Ticket
Jaded No More replied to rpfc's topic in Melbourne Demons
I say we listen to the AFL because we need their help, and I honestly believe they have our best interests at heart. So many independ boards have tried and failed, it's time for something new. The key is stability and unity. We can't afford an ugly battle. -
I too would want to know who I'll be working with before I agreed to go work somewhere. It's fair enough. He wouldn't be alone. I'm sure Frawley and Hogan would sign an extension sooner if Roos signed on.

Dear season 2013, [censored] you. Love, Jaded.

Everything our club has done recently is rubbish though. PJ is in a different role to a coach. He isn't working one on one with a young playing list. He is working with experienced men who deserve a kick up the bum. Players don't come into [censored] poor administrative decisions, and they aren't to blame for crap development. In fact, our players have suffered more than most because of our horrible mismanagement. -

Thanks for the updates. Glad we haven't given up on Roos yet. To be the best you have to push for the best. -

Updates would be great. I'm stuck at work waiting for a conference call to start. Could do work, but would rather read up to the minute updates on Roos' body language. If you give us royal baby updates I will cry. -
Craig has coached himself out of contention
Jaded No More replied to The Yarra's topic in Melbourne Demons
There is no doubt that mentally and emotionally we look miles ahead of where we were under Neeld. Body language is better, effort (apart from this week) is better. Tackling is improved, game plan looks a lot more fluid (again, apart from this week). Craig is obviously a very good people person, you just need to listen to him talk to the media. But tactically he has been disappointing, which obviously is a hard thing to try and do mid season after 18 months of rubbish. More worryingly it is the lack of team changes each week that I am not happy with, especially after two very hard weeks physically, to make only 1 forced change (well 2 if you count Terlich), was just a bad move. We were stuffed after half time. No excuses though, to coach a team to a 120+ point loss against a mentally weak opponent is bloody poor. If he was the only experience coach available, I'd seriously consider him, and I still think he has a lot of good to contribute to the club. But with so many other attractive options, I don't think he has any chance. Having said all that, no coach will be able to make us a decent team without getting the midfield sorted. Our midfield is barely VFL standard, and we cannot keep relying on poor Jones to carry the team at every bounce, or expect Viney at 18 years of age to lift the standard. -
Why is Grimes being played as a tagger? It's complete crap.

I think Blease should get a tank. Will never make in current fitness condition.
