  1. I rate Nahas, apart from that they are rubbish though. To quote a Pies supporter off BigFooty, the barometer is Miller. If he's getting a game, they're still pants (as we were).
  2. i reckon it was, had a good laugh at that
  3. Just to slip in the pessimistic note. We have a VFL captain and a bloke who was picked at #52 in last year's draft debuting for us, while we have pick #4 (2007), pick #17 (2008), pick #1, pick #11 and pick #18 (2009) and pick #12 (2010) all missing.
  4. That's why I'm worried about Wingard
  5. Joel Mac is the big shock for me. Thought he'd be well down the pecking order. And while I want JG to be awesome in the midfield, I just don't want to think of the last couple of times he's gone in there...
  6. Goddamn selection dilemmas - KHunt named as a follower for GC, but Wingard also named...grrrr Tipping Hunt to be Def/Mid when Rnd 3 comes round.
  7. SEO = Search Engine Optimisation. Get your company name up to the top of Google without paying them.
  8. Why do people buy New York Yankees caps? European soccer team shirts? If you have a team's merch available at a position at the city around tourist districts you will get sales as a result assuming you cross-promote the brand.
  9. We were five goals down and if it wasn't for LJ going nuts we would have been (deservedly) belted. Our skills were shocking and we genuinely looked second rate.
  10. One of the worst wins I've ever watched.
  11. Back on the topic, Misson on DeeTV. - Spencer available Rnd3 - Gawn doing lots of strength work in the gym, looking to run soon - NevJet super unlucky - 4 weeks in the boot, 8-12 weeks away - Evans - stress fracture in back, opposite site to 2011 fracture. Also hip problems, so they've done both his back and hip. - LJ - conditioning and strength in the gym, back on the track now as part of rehab group - Taggert - stress fracture in his back - back onto running program - Strauss - unlucky No mention of Col...
  12. They won't just give you a new set at the Demon Shop? I need another set for when I head to the US to stick on the back of my US car...
  13. The new is a remastered version of the old.
  14. This. Best spots in the 'G IMO.
  15. I was shocked, I'll admit.
  16. I'm unable to attend, but I will certainly be there in spirit, as well as at Round 4.
  17. They've erred too, Bradshaw comes to mind.
  18. Hooray, bad Jack Watts electricity puns!
  19. Would love to know about this
  20. To those who were there, was he trying to thread the needle as often? My number 1 criticism of him is he tries to be a little *too* fancy with his targets. The kicks are on target, but it's to a situation that turns from a 1-on-1 to a 2-on-1 or gets barely intercepted.
  21. By the sounds of this it's another argument for playing Watts as a high CHF, which is where I think he should be long-term anyway.
  22. As of now for rnd1 B: Bartram, Frawley, Garland HB: Grimes, Sellar, Rivers C: Trengove, Moloney, Green HF: Howe, Watts, Petterd F: Blease, Clark, Davey R: Jamar, Jones, Magner I/C: Martin, Bate, McKenzie Sub: Dunn That's assuming a fit Jordie though. Couch, Bennell, Gysberts, Bail, Tynan all around the mark though. Sellar is quicker than he looks IMO, and they could always do the Crazy Vossy Daniel Merrett to the forward line thing.
  23. Tip for everyone - leave Patton since he's not playing, go for Devon Smith from GWS instead.
