If my hazy memory serves me correctly, he was a thug as a player and a coach who ordered players to go out and nobble opposition (i.e Brad Green 2000 GF). There's 2 coaches I'm glad we never got, him and Ross Lyon. I'll endure a second rebuild in 2012, but if either of these guys had coached the Dees, I'd be Brisbane supporter now !!!

I just tried to vote for Howie for "Mark of the Week" and lets face it I think he'll get the top three Marks of the year. But the AFL want me to give my email address and phone no. to some obscure Insurance company just to vote. Get St&%$@#ed I say !!!!! They can go jump as high as one of Howie's marks. Well MFC must have played MFC as many of the RS this year have come from teams playing the Dees, congrats to Tmac, I will put my hand on my heart and admit I must know diddly squat about football, cause after the Richmond game I was calling for him to go back to the magoos, I am truely amazed at the turn around from that game, now one of my favourites in anew exciting looking backline

I have been saying this for four weeks in the "Changes for" ....thread , ever since he failed to make the distance to goal from 30m out. I believe he will play the game after the bye, be interesting to watch his energy levels after having the week off, my observation is he puts in a couple of efforts then looks knackered, strange because he was flying preseason..

I think that's the best team we fielded all year. Dunn has dunn a job be its time to be proactive rather than reactive Tapscott was underdunn when he came in Sellar makes us Sellar Dwellers. Good on ya Fitzy for getting a chance, Bennell to play like I saw him train pre season ( I hope) Pettard, I always reckon we look more dangerous with him in. Couldn't believe the stats half way through the third we had 20 more hits and 0 to advantage. I think other teams have worked Jamar out, he tends to constantly drop the ball at his feet, an old fashion thump down the ground was needed at times today

It maybe says something that they both started on the bench, it wouldn't surprise me to see Trengove at Casey next week.
