2023 Injury List
In my opinion. Petty is far too valuable an asset to consider playing again this year. he has been just a bit injury prone in a couple of recent games. No wonder his foot was sore kicking 6. And I don’t think he has been fully fit. Just my opinion but he seems to have proven he can play forward! Quite well at that. So put him away until next year, Looking forward to fighting for grand final tickets go dees !!

I might be out of step. But I would not play Petty again this year, in my view , he has been playing injured and gets sore each game. He will be with us next year. Tomlinson should play finals with us on the back line Next year with north and perhaps the two after. With. Big pay day for playing every game with them. he deserves finals football and his payday go Dees. Just my opinion.

Pleased for Tomlinson on a number of fronts. he may be elsewhere next year. A great chance to enhance his employment. play him for the next few weeks at least. cannot think of anything more stupid than playing a guy who cannot last the game out in a final, imagine if he breaks down in the first quarter because he was underdone physically. Tomlinson may not be the preferred player. But he will play the whole game. Looking at the pies game. I guess we will see what we see!! Go Dees

My 3 word player analysis V Brisbane
Joeboy like others I mostly read your thread, and enjoy or are interested in your comments. I am amazed at how smart snd perceptive you can be. And on other days appalled at your inability to see how player (a) played to his instructions. all in 3 words. Keep it up. Whatever it is.

For some reason, I think we will win, and do it pretty well. we have played as well as anyone in the top of the ladder, who else has beaten Collingwood? Relaxed in the last should not have happened. Same against Geelong should not have happened losses to Port Adelaide and Fremantle, I almost put the stubby into the tv at some umpiring decisions, most sides lose in Brisbane so no real surprise Essendon did beat us and IMV could piùtj fo it again we are in this ( the flag) as much as anyone, could we or should we play better than we are. Yes definitely friday. Night will tell us a hell of a lot !

Media Bias - What can we do?
It does annoy but at least he did not play for the saints but outright barracking for the pies by BT turns me off. other things missed free kicks I hate the way this game is going it’s just a rolling scrum. Free kicks picked out of the air or from the crowd noise, umpires need to be fully professional and subject to critique same for commentary people. when old Jack dyer was the caller you could not tell who was winning let alone who was playing
