I see you've finally climbed out from under your rock since since disappearing at the start of the season. Like your avatar it hasn't taken long for you to open your big condecending mouth all over the forum . As you should know but fail to grasp , Brisbane and Port didn't have the hand ups that these 2 clubs have had to the detriment of the rest of the competition. If the GC and GWS can dominate the comp over several years like Demetriou is trying to enable them to do you will see supporters of clubs like Ours , the Dogs, Saints , Roos , Tigers etc drop off in droves .

Yep , and to introduce a bloke thats being mentioned as a potential senior coach but who the majority of the average punters have not heard of before .

If GWS and the GC are playing off in finals with long established AFL clubs struggling it will cost them a significant % of long time true supporters and potentially be the beginning of the end of the AFL .

Eade has continually fallen short with lists and game styles similar to ours . I'd also go as far saying the clubs he's been in charge of also have mental issues as shown by the dogs this year and last that he has no idea how to conquer . Sound familiar .

It's not the fact that McDonald is gone that is the problem . The problem is the leaders headed toward the end of their careers can see the gravey train drying up in front of them and aren't happy about it at all . No more cushy 3year superanuation deals after age 30 . They'll have to work for their positions and work hard .

Yeah I read it and his committment to the club and his career was far behind his committment to the punt . Hugely disappointing read which massively altered the esteem in which I held him . In the wash-up , playing football for us was just a means to fund his punting and even when wearing the red & blue he'd be more concerned at what was happening at racetracks around the country .
