Interesting to see numerous posters suggesting that Turner could be played as a forward. Q: Track watchers - has he ever trained (or played for that matter) as a forward? It would be almost unbelievable were he to start doing this in a cutthroat final.

Even for a novice concussion, he wouldn't be out and about for up to a week. Angus would be, sadly, all too familiar with the protocols, which are now even more rigorous than when he was last concussed. Just a point of support to our hard working mids - if you watch a game from high down the ground, the forwards usually huddle and remain huddled as the mids bring the ball forward, so they are left with nobody to kick to other than the static huddle. That is what needs to change - I can’t remember which game, maybe Saints, but there was a lot more spread giving the mids multiple viable target, even if sometimes only 50/50.
