Wouldn’t see Bowey as struggling. The whole defensive unit was down the previous three weeks, as a unit. And given the competition for small medium defenders positions, “a week off to freshen up” could mean he would not get back for a long time.

That was an most inspirational captains game rivaling Max’s 2021 PF v Cats. Made me cry tears of joy. 🤣😂
-
But is he on the move?
-
Can’t see any changes. Was very worried about JV7 when he went down though - thought he was concussed but clearly not.
-
Especially that despicable Demon hater umpire #2
-
Yet Daniher gets a free for a dive. Lloyd would be proud.
-
But if he can’t kick his set shot goals then what is his value?
-
All at sea. No talk or teamwork
-
No awareness there. And no talk it seems
-
I hope the old, late 2021, Dees turn up actually.
-
Yes according to the list.
-
Hunt emergency. Let’s hope another big man doesn’t go down and that Harry Petty has fully recovered. I had thought that Tomlinson could have been the sun.
-
Just hope that Tomlinson is the sub. Can fill in for a tall back (?or forward) or go to a wing releasing a smaller forward.

😱😱😱😱 Oh. Not our Frittata but their Bailey. 😌
-
"...Newcastle would be a gain; about twice as many people as Tas. A few AFL-sponsored matches there, would be a worthwhile experiment." Maybe GW$ could play a few there as well as or instead of Canberra?
-
Dropping M Brown means we still have Frittata who plays taller than he is .... and maybe, just maybe, debuting JVR for Mitch.
-
"no holding in the ruck" and "siren has blown - don't play on" Both well known rules - just bloody enforce them, don't coach the players.
-
If anyone is tossing up whether to go to a game or not, if one is offered less for more, ie shorter game but still the same travel time to and from, giving a greater percentage of the outing being in getting there and back - surely that would be a deterrent not an incentive. More AFL HQ madness.
-
Thanks. But just to clarify, I believe this is not the reason for his unavailability at this stage. Can anyone confirm he has a moderate physical injury to his pectoral muscles ?
-
Agree it is just another meaningless statistic, and by the sound of it but even properly researched. How about no team that has won only one flag after for 57 years has ever won the next after being 10-0 then 10-3. Does that actually mean anything? We are a very different team and a very different club than 2004-2006 with an unrecognisable culture change. Reset and advance. GO DEES.
-
Harry McKay anyone?
-
Saints would be a good fit - or Bombers (as others have said could find a good mate in Stringer)
-
Considering requires a functioning adult brain, so not applicable here. He does not appear to have broken any laws so probably nothing for the AFL to look at, though surely his bargaining position would be lowered considerably come contract time. There is no law against being a complete and utter bogan though.

I read the last two words first and nearly had heart failure. Would we then have A Brayshaw A, and A Brayshaw B?
