I don't have to be in love with every MFC player Passenger There is nothing in the Member rules that says "thou shall love every player" During 2012 his contribution was average IMO ( he was of course not alone ) At least now we will have one captain who ran second in the "Bluey" I think JT was eighth Hmm

Vincehotboy look at the later part of the 2009 season objectively, we went out of our way not to win. Leave your MFC blindness aside. Others did it during that period and it could be said that the league rules encourage it. However 90% of the Football community ( including me ) believes we tanked. Don't be blinded by your passion for the Dees. Perhaps Gary believes it too!

I have no doubt we were tanking in the later part of the 2009 season I was at that Richmond game with a couple of Tiger supporter friends There is no doubt in their minds or mine that the MFC FD did everything they could in the last quarter to not win. I don't believe they told players not to win but the moves that day were blatantly obvious. Now was it any worse than Carlton in the K Cup ? No Was it any worse than other clubs in that period? No None the less in my mind we tanked.

I was not referring to Fan Nasher, my comment was on moderators. I try not to make personal attacks on other contributors having a difference of opinion is the basis of the System we live under. I just wish some people would be a little bit less personal

I have no problem with it Nasher however a couple of moderators seem to have only one opinion and that pervades every thread. The nett result is I don't even read what a couple post. There is no need to I have heard it 1000 times over the last few years. My is it necessary to attack every one who has a varying opinion?

My complaint is we do too much of the former and not enough of the other PSD No big deal but the MFC do irritate me with their obsession of a glory that finished half a century ago

I doubt you are Robinson Crusoe Nasher the above is fairly close to my feeling. I now view him as a MFC player in 2013 who may provide some skill and help to the group in some games. In 2014 I doubt he will be with the MFC.
