Today I received an email from the MFC about the practice match against Richmond. It seems the match is to be played at the Mars ground. I assume that is Richmond’s Punt road ground. It seems there are works at the ground which will restrict the number of people who can attend the game. The way I read it you have to apply for entry via Ticketmaster. Is it just me or has the AFL again lost the plot? Why is the game being played at a ground with very limited access?

It's a couple of weeks to go and I have been drowning in the AFL promotion of the game. Hmm can you drown in one item?
