I hope not Gw, JVR got 2 goals last weekend that is the best by a KPF for some weeks. Two again from JVR and Jefferson this week would see us win this game. The ground should be dry it will suit tall forwards. We need both in the side for the next month min. Winning should run second to establishing if players have a future in 2026 and beyond. I know he is hardly AFL standard but I like the way he goes about playing. It would be a great story if he could get back into the senior level and kick a few goals before seasons end. Sadly I think we have to play Jefferson a lot over the next 2 months. If we are going anywhere in 2026 we need him to be a senior level player. 2025 finals are over for us. It's not individual games now It's not individual games, most sides lose games when they are expected to win we have won 5 games the lions 10. It is over half through the season the Lions are second and cats 3rd we are 14 with a poor percentage. What's the reason PSD?

PSD I have heard it all before for decades actually. We simply don't have enough quality. We have a lot of good players but far too many who are somewhat less. We are repeating 2024. Which followed 2 years of straight set exits from Finals. The trend since 2021 is down and accelerating in 2025. If not why are we losing to poor sides?

Good teams are made up of good players not some good and a lot of average players. Which is where we find ourselves.
